THE CUP MY FATHER HAS GIVEN ME
Greetings dear and precious saints of God, friends and partners. Those of you who are friends and believe the Lord is calling you to be partners with us financially, we invite you as well. This Ministry is growing and you can be a vital part of that growth to bring the good news, the Truth to the lost and to our brothers and sisters sitting in darkness. Your seed sown into this Ministry will not just increase our capacity but if sown in faith, in love, led of the Holy Spirit will bring a great harvest into your life. Before we dive into our Bible Study of the Book of John, I believe the Lord would again have me share the following verse with you.
Hosea 4:6 (KJV)
6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
There is a false assumption that where ever one might attend Church, especially our Church, that only the Truth is being declared. That is far from the truth for in many places the traditions of men and the doctrines of demons are taught as the Truth. The people teaching these thing may be very sincere, unaware they are teaching and preaching a lie but none the less it is a lie. We see people of God all around us, perhaps even you, being destroyed financially, physically, and relationally. Why? A lack of knowledge (of God) which never has a good outcome. There is no love of God without the progressive gaining of our knowledge of God.
This is my confession each morning concerning Hosea 4:6. “I am not destroyed for I seek after knowledge of you Lord. Therefore you, Lord, have not rejected me as a priest seeing I have not forgotten the law of God, the law of love. Because I have not forgotten your law oh God you have not forgotten our children.”
The Lord has prompted me to repeat an encouragement to the Church especially the Rising Remnant. We are in a gigantic spiritual battle today for the soul of the nation which we will win. On the 8th the Lord said: “Trust me and my Prophets” (2 Chronicles 20:20). “Be still.” (Psalm 46:10, 83:1) “Don’t change your confession”. (Romans 4:17-21, Psalm 27:11-14)
Now let’s turn our attention to our Bible text in the Book of John and read it aloud, yes, out loud.
John 18:11-14 (KJV)
11 Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?
12 Then the band and the captain and officers of the Jews took Jesus, and bound him,
13 And led him away to Annas first; for he was father in law to Caiaphas, which was the high priest that same year.
14 Now Caiaphas was he, which gave counsel to the Jews, that it was expedient that one man should die for the people.
We have seen the Apostle Peter swing into action taking rash action not directed of the Master. Are we doing the same thing from time to time? The good news is this, the Master was able to correct Peter’s rash action just as He likely has done in our lives over and over. Thank you, Jesus, for your great mercy and patience!! 
Again, be enlightened by the map showing the various places Jesus was taken before going to Golgotha (Calvary). As I end for today let’s review what the High Priest Caiaphas prophesied from gross darkness while rejecting the Messiah. The gifts and callings of God are without repentance (Romans 11:29).
John 11:48-53 (ESV)
48 If we let him go on like this, everyone will believe in him, and the Romans will come and take away both our place and our nation.”
49 But one of them, Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, said to them, “You know nothing at all.
50 Nor do you understand that it is better for you that one man should die for the people, not that the whole nation should perish.”
51 He did not say this of his own accord, but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation,
52 and not for the nation only, but also to gather into one the children of God who are scattered abroad.
53 So from that day on they made plans to put him to death.
Yes, Jesus died not only for the Jew but for all peoples. Lord willing, I will pick up right here tomorrow.
2 Chronicles 20:20b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
