Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus the Christ. It is Thursday and time to recognize that God has established seven pillars or spheres of society in Heaven and in earth. Unfortunately they are perverted by sin, the original pervert. I am highlighting the Pillar of Religion for that is where prayer must arise and it from the Church that salvation for America and in turn the rest of the world will arise. The Church needs to awaken. The Church thinks it is awake, fully aware, but sadly that is not the case and the Church with the world are in gross darkness. Waking up is not the end game, it is but the first elementary step. When fully awake we the people called by His name must repent and turn from our wickedness. We must then arise in the name of Jesus and tear down the high places which are the demonic ideas and traditions that dominate the Church. When that is done, then, and only then can we walk as the end-time Church must and will walk, then the end will come.
Proverbs 9:1, 6, 10 (KJV)
1 Wisdom hath builded her house, she hath hewn out her seven pillars:
6 Forsake the foolish, and live; and go in the way of understanding.
10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
Now let’s pick up our study in Colossians.
Colossians 2:9-12 (KJV)
9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
In Christ dwells all the fullness of the Godhead and we are complete in Him. Just think about this for a moment. We are complete in Him! What do you suppose He has access to or has that we do not have? Nothing! Listen to what the Apostle of love has to say on this matter of us being like Him.
1 John 4:16-18 (KJV)
16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
Bible love is selflessness (not selfish), honoring our obligations under The Blood Covenant, and obedience to the Word of God. Also love means the same thing for God as it means for us. Let’s take the preceding verses and in the place of love put the word obedience. 1 John 4:16 (sixteen is the number of love) tells us that we can be sure that God will be obedient to His Word, what He has said, He will do, He is not selfish, and He has and will without wavering honor the Blood Covenant that He initiated with the patriarch Abraham and fully ratified (approved, confirmed) at Calvary and the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The same verse tells us that when we are obedient to the Word of God we dwell in God and God in us. Seems well worth the effort don’t you think?
1 John 4:17 (seventeen is the number of victory) goes on to tell us that because we are obedient and dwell in God and God in us our obedience (love) is flawless and we can be bold in His presence. We are always in His presence not just when we feel like it or with someone we consider spiritual or at Church. Because we have been obedient there is no place for fear. Fear is the result of knowing we have not been obedient or have doubt, both of which are sin. In which case we are not in love with Him, and we are loving something else more. The day of judgment is not some future event it is a process that is ongoing daily between us and God. Our enemies (spiritual) are continually accusing us before God and Jesus our intercessor and advocate stands with us. Than on the basis of our actions and our heart condition judgment is rendered. This is how the devil gets a judgment against us and can then move against us in our life like he did with Job. However in perfect, complete, obedience we can be as comfortable of our status walking right here in the earth and world as Jesus is today as God. Wow! But we must be diligent before Him. This is serious stuff.
