TEACHING AND PROPHETIC ARM – PART FOUR
Saturday – March 21, 2020, Adar 25, 5780
Greetings to our precious brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus and welcome back to this Saturday series dealing with the origins, calling, and Scriptural foundations of this Ministry. None of our foundations are found in the hymnal at our Church, or in the Statement of Faith for our Denomination but in Holy Scripture as written in context (pure Word). One of the main endeavors of this Ministry is to teach the Word of God as pure as the Holy Spirit leads me. Of course, the Holy Spirit does not lead us to impure teachings but our traditions, doctrines of devils we bought into, or our own flesh can take us off track so we must be guarded against error 24/7. The life of our spirit, soul, and body is the Word of God.
Matthew 4:4 (KJV)
4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. (Bold added)
Do you suppose Jesus was right about this? No mention of the hymnal, denominational traditions, or Grampa’s sayings.
Proverbs 30:5 (KJV)
5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
The gospel, the Bible is pretty simple and straight forward but boy have the theologians and denominations made a mess of it. In resisting temptation, the devil, Jesus was quoting from the following Scripture. Just imagine that, Jesus quoting from the Old Testament. Pardon just a little sarcasm on my part since many say the Old Testament writings do not have significance for the Church today. Error does not get any more gross than that.
Deuteronomy 8:3 (KJV)
3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live. (Bold added)
Consider the following concerning the Word of God being pure and the benefits of the pure word. Contaminated Word is no longer Word (capital W but lower-case w) and is a lie, a deception of the devil.
Proverbs 4:20-23 (KJV)
20 My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
The word “life” in verse twenty-two above is plural telling us that the Words of God are life to our spirit man, our soul man, and our physical man. Life in verse twenty-three is also pleural. Also, this word is talking about the God kind of life. Let’s take a look at that verse in God’s Word translation.
Proverbs 4:23 (GW)
23 Guard your heart more than anything else, because the source of your life flows from it.
Do we want the conditions of our spirit man, our soul man (mind), and our body to have their source in the words of men, the lies of the devil or the pure Word of God? We must give full attention to His Words placing them far above any other words. Receive them as written, believe them, think upon them, believe them and watch the Word work. My prayer, that of Donna and others associated with us, is to teach and live the pure Word of God. The pure Word of God is what brings miracles into our lives and the lives of others. Remember, Jesus told us over and over that He only said what the Father said (pure Word of God) and He only did what He saw the Father doing, and the Father did the works. And wow look at the wonderful miracles! Are we doing it the way Jesus did it or are we following corrupted teachings, the traditions of men (our denomination), and the doctrines of devils? Dear ones we have full authority and the accompanying Power (The Blessing) to do all Jesus did and more (according to Him – John 14:12). Consider the following as I end for this week.
Mark 16:19-20 (GW)
19 After talking with the apostles, the Lord was taken to heaven, where God gave him the highest position.
20 The disciples spread {the Good News} everywhere. The Lord worked with them. He confirmed his word by the miraculous signs that accompanied it. (Bold added)
God, the Father, confirmed His Word, not just any Word, but His Word. Let us determine to speak the pure Word of God and see our lives blossom in the Power of God and abundance giving us the ability to change many lives for the glory of God. I sure hope you are enjoying this new teaching series, Lord willing I will pick up right here next week. Remember, God is good, He is nothing but good! If what is in our life is not good, we have ourselves to thank for it, in one way or another we choose that path.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
