THOUGHTS AND PEACE CONTINUED
Tuesday – January 28, 2020, Sh’vat 2, 5780

Greetings dear friends and partners, here we are near the end of another month. Have we used our time and other resources wisely? Also welcome back to our Monday through Thursday Bible Study of the Book of John. What an amazing study and one if received, believed, and implemented will change us to be more and more like Jesus. We cannot even think about being satisfied until we are an expression of the Master in the earth. When we can say like Jesus that when people see us, they have seen the Father we are approaching the perfect will of God.
John 14:9 (KJV)
9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
Scripture must be continually transforming our mind and therefore our thoughts, words, and actions (obedience to the Word of God).
Romans 12:2 (KJV)
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
As we have been studying, in this way supernatural manifestations will be common place in our lives for the glory of God. If you are reading this on Facebook please take a moment to hit the “love” and “share” buttons to encourage us and to further the gospel (it is your responsibility also). John 14:27-31 (KJV)
27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
29 And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.
30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
I will continue to talk about peace, the peace that Jesus made available to us all by His coming, Crucifixion, and Resurrection. It is important to know the meaning of the word “peace” and to develop our faith in the spiritual reality which will translate into a physical reality. Peace, the God kind of peace, the peace that is a part of our spiritual DNA is far more than a warm and fuzzy emotion or a calmness about us. We can be in a storm and at perfect peace just like we see Jesus in His earthly ministry. They were wanting to kill Him and He was in physical storms and none of those things moved Him and caused Him to lose His peace. Had he lost His peace He could not have brought peace to the storm on the Sea of Galilee, and He could not have just walked away when His life was threatened.
The peace of God which is fully ours is the knowledge that we are joined with Him (Amos 3:3), we are one with Him in Christ Jesus, we have His tranquility in the midst of the curse, the devils’ attacks, we have His rest or access to provision, and we have His prosperity. We must know this and have unwavering faith in these Truths. You have read time and time that it is faith which pleases God, it is impossible to please Him without faith (Hebrews 11:6). It pleases God for us to act in faith, in love, as led of the Holy Spirit. Our motives (love – agape) must be right. We must order our thinking to always be pleasing to the Father. We also must have a selfless attitude, an outward selfless view, a selfless lifestyle to walk in love. It is somewhat counterintuitive but, in that place, will be our greatest joy and our greatest peace. And dear saints, we must spend time with our Father every day and through out the day. That is what the admonition “to pray always” is all about. Listen to what Jesus said to His disciples on the day of His Crucifixion.
Matthew 26:41 (KJV)
41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
Seems like some soberness and vigilance is required. Watching for the lies of the devil and talking with God about everything will prevent us from entering into temptation. Who chooses to enter temptation or not? When we are not spending time with our Lord, renewing our mind, building our faith and casting down every thought contrary to the Word of God we are devil bait.
1 Peter 5:8 (KJV)
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
I will pick up right here tomorrow the Lord willing.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
