AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

ETERNAL LIFE
Greetings dear and precious saints of God and welcome back to this in depth and powerful Bible Study of the Book of John. Our God is so very good and He is nothing but good. Anything that is not good is of our own making and courtesy of the thief. John 10:10, in the Masters own Words, He tells us that the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy but He came to give us not only eternal life but an abundant life. Quite a difference don’t you think? Dear ones we and we alone open the door for our Lord and the Blessing or for the devil(s) and the curse. I know that really rocks religious boats but they need to not only be rocked but capsized. We need to start walking on the Water (Word of God) and quit riding around in religious boats brimming over with the traditions of men, the doctrines of demons, and lacking the faith to do the works Jesus did and the greater things. We do not find this to be a holy suggestion in John 14:12 but a command. We are at the verge of a new day dear ones! Awaken and walk in the light fleeing the darkness. The day of same o, same o must be put far in our rear-view mirrors. Jesus did not come for what we see today in the Church and the world. Jesus asked if He would find faith in the earth when He returned. What is the answer? Yes, there are a few people with great faith but for the most part the Church is either faithless or of little faith and absolutely impotent. Why? Unbelief! Yes, they believe some things greatly, problem is it is not the gospel and therefore does not get gospel results. Being sincere is not Gods’ measure but faith in the pure Word of God. Many are walking in, allowing, great defeat when the reality is that we are far above all principalities, powers, might, and dominions. How the devil(s) must be laughing.
Ephesians 1:21-23 (KJV)
21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,
23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
We are the body of Christ and every spiritual being except God (three persons) are beneath us and subject to us. We are the governing authority in the earth. Let us quit fighting spiritual battles totally in the natural and exercise our authority in love led of the Spirit.
Isaiah 9:6 (KJV)
6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
The shoulders are in the body, we are to govern in the earth and in the spiritual realm. Sadly, we have been taught different and are graveling before the devils and God alike. We are to dominate devils and we are to come boldly to the throne of Grace. Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary text and read it aloud, yes, out loud.
John 17:1-3 (KJV)
1 These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:
2 As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.
3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
What a good Lord is our God! Those who receive Jesus as Lord and Savior are freely given eternal life. The Holy Spirit woos us to Himself which is the will of the Father. Those who accept Jesus as Savior are then given over into the care of Christ Jesus. However, when all is done, Jesus will pass this beautiful family to the Father.
1 Corinthians 15:24 (KJV)
24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
Jesus has been given all authority over all peoples but as I have discussed before, this does not remove each persons freewill. We chose Jesus or not. If we choose Him and obey Him, wow, our life will look like Heaven in the earth. If we choose Him but don’t obey Him which is where most are, we have a victory of sorts here and there but mostly a mess. Eternal life is not eternal existence or consciousness which every person conceived has forever (eternity). Eternal life is life as God knows life now and in the life hereafter, as well as a continuous connection to the source of life, God Himself. Those who do not receive Jesus as Lord have eternal death or eternal separation from God which is the fulness of the curse now and Hell later. I have chosen to go with the eternal life deal and not the eternal death deal. Lord willing, I will pick up right here tomorrow.
2 Chronicles 20:20b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
