Thursday – March 10, 2016

On the 12th or 13th of February Antonin Scalia, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States passed from this temporal realm to the eternal and the arms of his and our Savior. From all accounts this was a Christian man, a righteous man. I am not his judge but his words and actions exemplify a Godly life. For example note the following quote I lifted from a National Black Robe Regiment article.
Interviewer: “You believe in heaven and hell?”
Scalia: “Oh, of course I do. Don’t you believe in heaven and hell?”
Interviewer: “No.”
Scalia: “Oh, my.”
Interviewer: “Does that mean I’m not going?”
Scalia: [Laughing.] “Unfortunately not!”
Interviewer: “Wait, to heaven or hell?”
Scalia: “It doesn’t mean you’re not going to hell, just because you don’t believe in it. . . . Everyone is going one place or the other.”
Concerning the law and the Constitution of the United States specifically he was what is called an originalist and a textualist. This means he believed it was important to look at what was being addressed by the original words and what the meaning of those words were at the time they were written. Sounds like a real good way to read and interpret the Bible don’t you think. He was considered a conservative, was opposed to abortion, obviously believed in gun rights (died on a hunting trip), in his dissent concerning same-sex marriage he said; “A system of government that makes the People subordinate to a committee of nine unelected lawyers does not deserve to be called a democracy (2/14/16), he also spoke very plainly against homosexuality in the homosexuality case of Lawrence vs. Texas (2003).
The Lord has led me to write on this current event on this particular day, March 10, 2016. Let us examine the date from the prospective of Biblical Numerology. March is the third month of the year and three is the number of divine completeness. Ten is the number of law and responsibility. The number twenty is redemption and sixteen is love (obedience to the Word of God). In obedience to the Word of God, there can be a redemption in America which is our responsibility to effect bringing the divine completeness that is the will of the Father.
This event with the death of Judge Scalia is not just a happenstance bringing about more confusion and political posturing and intransigence. No, this is a fight in the spiritual realm that will resonate for a generation if the men and women (children) of God do not go to their face and get the exact will of God for this time. This year, the Church, America is making the final choice for righteousness or bondage that will lead to horrendous unthinkable things in our nation. My citizenship is in Heaven but I am also proud to be an American, a Covenant Nation before the only living God. Let me be perfectly clear, the will of God is for another righteous man or woman be nominated by President and confirmed by the Senate. Thus far in the ungodly administration of President Barak Obama only people with wicked ideas have been nominated and unfortunately confirmed by a wicked Senate. The design of the government of these United States is of God and is to operate in righteousness.
Isaiah 33:22 (KJV)
22 For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; he will save us.
Notice the three branches of government, the Judiciary (Judges), lawgiving (Legislative), and king (Executive).
The Judge that replaces Antonin Scalia must be a righteous person and all others to follow until Jesus comes. Look at the qualifications of a Judge in the eyes of God therefore in ours.
Ezra 7:25-26 (KJV)
25 And thou, Ezra, after the wisdom of thy God, that is in thine hand, set magistrates and judges, which may judge all the people that are beyond the river, all such as know the laws of thy God; and teach ye them that know them not.
26 And whosoever will not do the law of thy God, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment. (Bold added)
There is judgment (justice) coming upon those who prescribe unrighteousness.
Isaiah 5:20-23 (KJV)
20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!
22 Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink:
23 Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!
If you are wondering about the word ‘woe’ I looked it up and it means; grief, sorrow, misery, heavy calamity, and a curse. That is what is coming upon the unrighteous judges, officials of all strips, and America without a profound repentance and a tearing down of the high places. You may think that there has been a repentance but look at the popularity of Hillary Clinton, Berne Sanders, and Donald Trump among Christians (Evangelicals). Great transition into chaos and turmoil is at hand. There is not time and space here to cover it but the first chapter of Isaiah describes America today and the judgment that is at the door. Will we choose repentance and the tearing down of the high places (ideas contrary to God) or will we sit and let the justice unfold in our land and then if we remain alive see God raise the remnant of His people from the mess?
Isaiah 1:23-27 (KJV)
23 Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.
24 Therefore saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies:
25 And I will turn my hand upon thee, and purely purge away thy dross, and take away all thy tin:
26 And I will restore thy judges as at the first, and thy counsellors as at the beginning: afterward thou shalt be called, The city of righteousness, the faithful city.
27 Zion shall be redeemed with judgment, and her converts with righteousness.
Just like Israel of old did not have to go time and time again into bondage neither does America but we the princes (that is the Church) are in league with thieves of all types. The wrong way has severe consequences but restoration will come but how, you and I choose and we are choosing now, this year. Zion, America in this case will be redeemed with judgment but we could be redeemed by repentance and a turning from our wickedness. The ones that need to do the turning from wickedness is not the world but those who say I am a Christian. Rise up O Christians!
