FALSE FAITH – REAL FAITH
Greetings to our dear and precious friends and partners and welcome back to this powerful Bible Study of the Book of John. As we prepare ourselves for today’s Bible Study, we must be thankful and acknowledge that God is so good to give us revelation of His Word, light to live in and by. What an extraordinarily favored and privileged people, the children of God, we are. Revelation, light, comes to those who seek, receive, believe, and do. Our preparation for this Bible Study is praying, declaring to our merciful God that with His help we have ears to hear, eyes to see, and a heart to receive, believe, and do. Now, lets read our primary Bible text aloud, yes, out loud.
John 16:28-33 (KJV)
28 I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.
29 His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb.
30 Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.
31 Jesus answered them, Do ye now believe?
32 Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.
33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
As we delve back into our text to see what God has for us, the Lord quickened me about the Prophetic Word He gave me on the 15th of March concerning the Pandemic.
1 False faith leads to humiliation. The corona virus is going to explode with fury with many deaths and the lack of faith in the Church will be exposed to an even greater extent and will be humiliated, ashamed.
- Go to your knees before me, before the devil brings you to your knees. This has happened over and over to my people and I had to allow it because of rebellion against the Word.
- My people do not need to suffer, come out of bondage, come out of idolatry, walk in the Truth.
- My people love to quote 2 Chronicles 7:14 but they do not do it.

14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
- Repent and fear not.
The first point the Lord gave me in this Prophetic Word was “False faith leads to humiliation”. Concerning the Church, we have certainly seen this play out. There have been numerous cases of Churches ignoring the governing authorities whether they be the government or businesses. Some Church congregations have suffered great consequences with Coronavirus ravaging the people even causing deaths. Several Pastors have rebelled and died of the Coronavirus. These things should not be. Church was classified as nonessential but what is our evidence that we are essential? Church was classified as entertainment, what evidence do we have that we are not entertainment? The invoking of Civil Emergencies and the issuing of Executive Orders has the full weight of law. In the State of Maine violations can be referred to the Superior Court in each county. We have not been asked to violate any of God’s moral law or other Scripture thus we are to be the exemplary example to those around us and a help to the governing authorities. Rebellion against authority is sin. The wages of sin are death. Many Churches have acted honorably pleasing to God and others have not.
Back to our text, the disciples are affirming their faith that Jesus is sent out from God in verse thirty. However, Jesus’ response does not echo full confidence in their faith. He didn’t respond with “thank you, I appreciate your faith in Me” but ask them “Do ye now believe?” when they had just said they did. As we move into verse thirty-two, He prophesies that they are about to scatter abandoning Him. He tells them that even though they will abandon Him, He is not alone, the Father (by agency of the Holy Spirit) is with Him. Then Jesus immediately shifts gears as if their response to His teaching and His response to their words had never occurred.

33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.

24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
