HEAR, BELIEVE, RECEIVE
Monday – December 3, 2018, Kislev 25, 5779

Greetings and welcome back to this wonderful faith building Bible Study of the Book of John. God is so very good my friends to give us His Holy Word that we do not have to play a guessing game about the will of God. We can know without error the wonderful will of God which will keep us in the center of the Covenant for which He paid the very highest price. Of course, this requires study and diligent implementation of the Word. If you are receiving this teaching on Facebook don’t forget to hit the “like” and “share” buttons. The featured picture is of some visitors that recently dropped by the house. Now, let’s get to our study by first reading our primary text. Thank you, Jesus for this Word and for all the Words of Scripture.
John 5:24-28 (KJV)
24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.
26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;
27 And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.
28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
Isn’t the Word of God wonderful? When Jesus refers to a person hearing His Words He is talking about more than the physical perception of sound. He is talking about a person who is choosing to not only hear the words spoken with the physical ear but the spiritual ear as well and is committed to understanding the Words spoken and implementing them. Actually, we have heard Jesus say a similar thing before. Remember Jesus’ conversation with Nicodemus (a teacher in Israel)?
John 3:16-18 (KJV)
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
We also see this on part of what is commonly called the Roman Road.
Romans 10:9-10 (KJV)
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
When we hear the Word of God and believe that Word, believing also the Father we pass from death (spiritual) to life. To be saved, obtain salvation, and to pass from death to life are all the same thing. When we make that quality decision to make Jesus our Lord we instantly are translated from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of light, the marvelous Kingdom of God the Father’s dear Son. This is done by our faith in the Word of God, in Jesus, in the Father, and in that moment the Holy Spirit (Anointing) quickens (makes alive) our spirit man and we instantly have a Daddy who loves us. Our old daddy, the Serpent otherwise known as the devil or Satan did not love us and was taking us on a road of deep deception and ultimate destruction.
Please understand that we do not move from everlasting life to condemnation if we reject the Word of God, we are already in condemnation (John 3:18). When we believe making Jesus our Lord we move from condemnation into eternal life. Please understand that all persons born of a woman have an eternal existence starting with the moment of conception in the womb. Those who believe the Word and act upon it receiving Jesus and the Father have eternal life. That is to say they have a Covenant in the earth and beyond that when acted upon guarantees victory at every turn. We are not to transition from earth to Heaven poor and sick but wealthy leaving a legacy and well in body (satisfied and choosing to move with permission of the Father). Oh, what a Savior!! Lord willing, I will pick up right here (verse twenty-five) tomorrow.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it by faith in Jesus name!
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
