TRADITIONS, LIES, and TRUTH – PART FIFTEEN
SPEAK WHAT YOU HEAR THE FATHER SPEAK
Saturday – April 27, 2019, Nisan 22, 5779
Wow, you surely are brave back for another week of what the Lord shows me and I am brave enough to speak, and put in writing no less. Our God is so good my dear brother and sister! He wants us to walk in the overwhelming victory in every area of our lives. He paid the price of sin putting the devil to shame on every side. Christ Jesus did not pay for this pitiful impotence in which we find ourselves individually, and as a Church. Today I will continue on our general topic that involves prayer and decreeing or the issuing of commands. God asks a very interesting question in Micah.
Micah 4:9 (KJV)
9 Now why dost thou cry out aloud? is there no king in thee? is thy counsellor perished? for pangs have taken thee as a woman in travail. (Bold by Dr. Wood)
How will I answer, how will you answer back? Is there a king in us or not? Are we victims, witless helpless bystanders, or are we truly in the image and likeness of God with authority (dominion) in the earth and endued with Power from on High (The Blessing) or not?
Romans 5:17 (AMP)
17 For if because of one man’s trespass (lapse, offense) death reigned through that one, much more surely will those who receive [God’s] overflowing grace (unmerited favor) and the free gift of righteousness [putting them into right standing with Himself] reign as kings in life through the one Man Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One). (Bold by Dr. Wood)
Do kings worm around on the floor bawling and wringing their hands or do they speak with authority knowing it will be done exactly as ordered? Get off the floor dear one, get your head up, you are a king doing the works of the King of kings and the greater things to His glory. The ministering spirits are listening intently for our voice and they do all the Word of God. That is the Word of God on our lips spoken in faith, in love, led of the Holy Spirit. We are in Him, the Lord Jesus, seated in and with Him on the Throne of Heaven at the right hand of His Father and our Father. There is not a higher seat of authority and that is where we are dear ones.
We are not blowing off out of ignorance but in knowledge changing the earth, changing the world for the glory of God (showing His goodness). Like Jesus, like the Prophets before Him, we speak what we hear of the Father, we do what we see the Father do, and we have faith that the Father (by Holy Spirit) will do the works. Our motivation is always love, I am talking agape, selfless motivations, according to the Word of God, in Blood Covenant with our God. Nothing supernatural is going to happen in our lives or our ministries except we speak it into being. This starts in our thought life, disciplining our minds and our mouths just like Jesus. Jesus told the Jews there is a lot I could tell you but I don’t have permission of the Father to just spout off at will (First David paraphrase). As you may have heard me say over and over, the world in which each of us find ourselves is one which we have created, this is true whether we be saint or sinner. I am talking about our individual world, our wealth or the lack thereof, our health, and every other aspect of our life we have created. You and I are where we are due to our own design. There is zero poverty of any kind or disease of any kind in the will of God. Most have thought, spoken, and taken actions in ignorance but as in the secular legal system ignorance is no excuse under the law. We have an obligation to know the ways of God and that is achieved by diligence in the Word and time with our God, which are simultaneous events.
As I am winding it up for today let make a parting point. Just as agents of the government are trained to recognize the counterfeit by have a high degree of familiarity with the real so it is in the Kingdom of God. The more Truth we know the better we can hear the voice of God and filter out the other competing voices. We must train ourselves to fully reject any word that is in the very least at variance with the Word of God. We can know about, even understand the traditions of man but we must never treat it as the Word of God, not even a little bit. The same is true of the doctrines of demons which are rampant more so in the Church than in the world. We must reject any deviation, not matter how slight from the Truth. That very slight difference, what someone might explain as insignificant or not worth fighting over, is the wedge that can topple the sturdiest tree. When I said “not worth fighting over” I am not talking about with flesh and blood, but we do fight with the demonic powers assaulting our minds 24/7.
Mark 4:24-25 (KJV)
24 And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.
25 For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.
This is spiritual law dear brother and sister. What you allow in you will allow more of the same in and the Truth will diminish until it is gone and we are left with the traditions of men and the doctrine of demons, a false spirituality. My guess is that this is about all you can take for one day.
