Greetings precious children of God and all reading who are not children of God. If you are not a child of God but of Satan change Kingdoms right now.
Romans 10:9-10 (KJV)
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Welcome to the Kingdom of God! Now, welcome back to the Bible study of this wonderful Book of Isaiah. The featured picture today is of Donna and me at Church recently. I am so blessed with a wonderful wife, a help meet, a best friend and companion for life.
The world is a mess, our nation is in a mess, in sharp decline, and it is not the world’s fault, it is the fault of a compromised, complacent, lazy, apathetic Church. Much of the Church is praying for God to fix the problems in the earth or get us out of here before it gets worse. Hate to be the one to tell you dear ones, not going to happen independent of our repentance and obedience. God has given His people authority in the earth but for the most part we are not exercising that authority therefore the part that only God can do is not activated.
The war is won, our job is to occupy what the world is now occupying illegally. First must come a repentance in the Church then to borrow the name of this Ministry we must awake, arise, and triumph for the Kingdom of God. We have the authority; God has the Power. We sing songs about God moving the mountain and He does but not because we ask Him to move it. We must command the mountain (Mark 11:23) to move in faith, motivated or powered of love, led of the Holy Spirit and then He moves it. If we leave out our part nothing happens.
Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible text continuing to read out loud, yes, out loud, you know why.
Isaiah 51:8-12 (KJV)
8 For the moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool: but my righteousness shall be for ever, and my salvation from generation to generation.
9 Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?
10 Art thou not it which hath dried the sea, the waters of the great deep; that hath made the depths of the sea a way for the ransomed to pass over?
11 Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.
12 I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou shouldest be afraid of a man that shall die, and of the son of man which shall be made as grass;
Yesterday I left you with a question. His righteousness is forever and His salvation from generation to generation. What is He saying about salvation different than righteousness? The question is this, since the wording is different, does “salvation” end when this natural life mankind has lived since the fall of Adam. Do generations end with the end of this age? Will there be more generations in the when we leave this life? In the Garden of Eden God declared that we were to be fruitful and multiply, is that an eternal command or temporal (have an expiration date)? It seems to me, that even though different words were used, for ever vs generation to generation they are both talking of an eternal timeframe (oxymoron). As we contempt our eternity, what will this generation-to-generation thing look like? As we move into verse nine of our text and contemplate the command to “awake” let’s look at it in the Amplified Bible for further clarity.
Isaiah 51:9 (AMP)
9 [Zion now cries to the Lord, the God of Israel] Awake, awake, put on strength and might, O arm of the Lord; awake, as in the ancient days, as in the generations of long ago. Was it not You Who cut Rahab [Egypt] in pieces, Who pierced the dragon [symbol of Egypt]?
Lord willing, I will pick up right here next week. Remember, we love you and there is nothing you can do about it.

2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 (KJV)
13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
PRAYERS AND QUESTIONS – please contact us and we will respond. Our goal is to build a solid foundation upon which children of God can become sons of God, stand and do exploits in Jesus’ name.
PARTNERSHIP AND GIVING – Those of you who are not Partners of this Ministry and you find this ministry to be of value to you and perhaps others with whom you share it, we ask you to consider becoming Partners. A Partner is one who prays for the Ministry on a regular basis and contributes to the Ministry on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually).
