JESUS HAS MADE TWO ONE
Tuesday – November 15, 2016

Greetings from Eastern Gate Ministries International and The Three Minute Word publication. As each of us walk according to the Word of God (love) His prosperity and His protection will be our reality in Jesus the Christ and in Jesus name. The Blood of Jesus upon the Mercy Seat of Heaven is continually testifying of our righteous standing and the terms of our covenant with the Father, which are the same as with Jesus. I also want to take a moment and remind all of us to pray for this nation, pray for all three groups of people in the nations of the earth which are the Jews, the gentiles (unsaved persons), and the Church of God (God’s people).
1 Corinthians 10:32 (KJV)
32 Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:
I have highlighted Texas on the map pictured today but pray for your state right along with the nation.
Now back to our study of Ephesians and the intimate connection between us (the uncircumcision) and Israel (the circumcision). From Adam until Abram there was one group of people in the earth which were gentiles. Among these were people who believed God and had individual covenants with God like Enoch and Noah. From Abraham until Christ there were two groups of people in the earth; they were the circumcision (Jews) and the uncircumcision (Gentiles). With the coming of Jesus a third group was formed called ‘The Church of God” comprised of Christians (those becoming like Christ). Jesus was a Jew, born of Jewish parents by Immaculate Conception (the Word became flesh), He was born of the first Words uttered by God in the Garden of Eden and a fulfillment of The Blood Covenant between Abram/Abraham and Father God with the Word (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit as willing and essential participants.
Ephesians 2:11-14 (KJV)
11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
God made covenant with Israel through Abram/Abraham as the progenitor of all Jews. It is interesting that Abram came from Ur of the Chaldees which is in eastern modern day Iraq not far from Iran (Persia) and Kuwait, the likely location of the Garden of Eden and the place where Adam sinned. Abraham left the place of sin and ended up in the Promised Land. Later in the final step of solidifying the Blood Covenant Abraham and Isaac would come to Mount Moriah. Mount Moriah is the place where God asked Abraham to sacrifice his only son which he loved. When God saw that Abraham and Isaac were willing to obey, abiding with the Blood Covenant, their and our merciful Father provided a ram (male sheep) as a substitute. On this very Mount Moriah some two thousand years later God give His own Son, Jesus, as an eternal sacrifice for all mankind, Jew and Gentile alike. Jesus, the Word, did not come just for the Jewish people but for all people. The Jewish people, the called out ones (much like the Church), were commissioned to preserve the Word and be the people through whom the Messiah would come for the whole world. An essential requirement of Blood Covenant is that whatever one party is willing to do or in fact does for the other, the other party is legally bound to do the same for them. God did not need a sacrifice but we sure did. Thus when Abraham was willing to sacrifice Isaac (a willing sacrifice) at the command of God then God the Father had to be willing to bring His only Son that He loved to Mount Moriah and there sacrifice Him for the sins of the whole world.
Colossians 2:11 (KJV)
11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
The sins of the whole world were put off by the sacrifice of Jesus on Calvary’s tree. The circumcision that God required of Abram was a prophetic sign of the sacrifice to come lifting the curse from all of the shoulders who would receive The Christ. Jesus bore the sins of the world in His flesh (physical body) which then died and was cast off. Jesus was then clothed with the robe of righteousness being the righteousness of God and He was given an incorruptible (uncorrupted) physical body. When Jesus died the very thick and strong veil (veil represented sinful flesh) separating the holy place from the Most Holy Place was torn in two. The partition separating man and God was gone and all who would receive Jesus as Lord would now have access to the Father. Our circumcision is not by physical hands as in ancient Israel on the eighth day. You probably recognize eight as the number of new beginnings. This putting off of the body of sin by the Blood of Jesus was the most wondrous new beginning ever.
Hebrews 10:19-20 (KJV)
19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
Again I say, thank you Father, thank you Jesus!! You and I brother and sister at seated with and in Christ Jesus on His throne at the right hand of Majesty on High. Think of it!!
