PEARL HARBOR, 9/11 AND IN WHOM WE HAVE BOLDNESS
Wednesday – December 7, 2016

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior from Eastern Gate Ministries International and The Three Minute Word publications. Seventy-five years ago today in 1941 the Japanese unleased a viscous surprise attack upon the United States of America. The American Navy Pacific fleet was crippled and 2,402 soldiers and sailors lost their lives that day with another 1,247 being wounded. Then as with 9/11 there were the conspiracy theories that President Roosevelt knew of the
impending attack and let it happen to spur America into the Second World War. President George W. Bush was accused of the same thing concerning the attack by radical Islam (al=Qaeda) on the twin towers, the pentagon, and plane that was heroically diverted from its mission to strike the White House. That awful day, September 11, 2001, 2,996 people lost their lives and over 6000 were injured. And that number is mounting with the consequences of the first responders who worked day and night in that toxic environment for days, weeks, and months. Our individual protection and that of the United States of America is directly related to righteousness before the only living God. Let us meditate the following Truths.
John 10:10 (KJV)
10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Psalm 5:12 (KJV)
12 For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.
In order for the enemy (thief) to effectively attack there must be unrighteousness (sin) in our lives. For example the fear and the spiritually unlawful judgment Job (Book of Job) passed on his kids opening himself up to the very same judgment. Now back to our Bible Study of Ephesians.
Ephesians 3:10-12 (KJV)
10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,
11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:
12 In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.
Today I will pick-up with Ephesians 3:12 and the ideas that by faith in Him (God) we have boldness, and unfettered access. Generally speaking, in natural families the children do not have to knock and wait for the parent to answer the door, they can walk right in and right up to their parent. Something that is interesting in natural families is that the children expect a key to the parents’ home and free access but how many of you parents have a key to your kids’ home? Let me ask this question. Have we given God a key to our home with free access or have we required Him access by invitation only?
Hebrews 4:14-16 (KJV)
14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
The Throne of Grace is the Throne of God in Heaven. Our Father is on that Throne and at His right hand is our Lord Jesus who is also our advocate and High Priest. Jesus advocates for us before the throne with the Father confirming that we are one with them in Him. He is our High Priest standing between us and the Father causing us to be all that He is and pointing to His precious Blood on the mercy seat that is always before the throne. We have ready access, in fact we are already in the House, remember when we were saved we were instantly seated with and in Christ Jesus on the Heavenly Throne. We are to be bold with fullness of confidence for our Savior did not provide half a deal but a whole deal. Faith is key, love (obedience to the Word) is the fuel of faith and at that place in His mercy we are cleansed by Grace, the Holy Spirit of God.
1 John 4:16-18 (KJV)
16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
When we have fear our love is corrupted and in turn our faith and in the absence of repentance we do not have standing (legal) before God. We are in an unrighteous position by choice knowing the commandment to fear not. When fear is excluded our love is intact and so is our faith and our standing with the Father is exactly the same as Jesus’ standing with the Father. I will pick-up again tomorrow with our Bible Study of Ephesians.
Please take a moment to read and prayerfully meditate before God concerning the following SPECIAL MESSAGE concerning partnership with Eastern Gate Ministries International.
SPECIAL MESSAGE
As the end of the year rapidly approaches we at Eastern Gate Ministries International and The Three Minute Word publications ask that each of you consider contributing to this ministry. This is how friends of the Ministry become partners. A Partner is one who contributes to this ministry on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, even annually) and prays for the successful mission of this ministry for the glory of God. A Friend of the ministry is one who has been using the ministry resources and hopefully praying for the success of this ministry to expand the Kingdom of God for the glory of God. If this ministry has added value to your life I would encourage you to contribute to the ministry but only as led of the Lord. It is impossible to reap without sowing. To those of you who have been faithful partners with this ministry please receive our heartfelt gratitude.
Philippians 4:17-20 (KJV)
17 Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.
18 But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.
19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
20 Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
For those who are friends of this ministry and do not believe you are led of the Spirit of God to be partners we are grateful for your friendship and prayers.
3 John 1:2 (AMP)
2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and prospers.
