ALL TAUGHT OF GOD
Tuesday – January 15, 2019, Sh’vat 9, 5779

Greetings dear partners and friends of Eastern Gate Ministries International and The Three Minute Word publication. Please don’t forget to hit the “like” and “share” buttons if you are getting this on Facebook. Remember when you share it extends the reach of this ministry considerably. The featured picture taken at my home last year I suspect will be fairly representative of this day this year. I wouldn’t dare say “baby it’s cold outside” but perhaps I could say “baby it’s warm inside”. Smile. Now let’s go to our Bible study first reading our primary Bible text aloud.
John 6:42-47 (KJV)
42 And they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? how is it then that he saith, I came down from heaven?
43 Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Murmur not among yourselves.
44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.
46 Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father.
47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.
Isn’t the Lord just so good!? The correct answer is a resounding, YES!! The Jews are murmuring about Jesus and what He is saying. They were not able to see the Truth even though all of them have been taught it from their youth. All of Israel even to this day is looking for Messiah and still unable to see, however, one day soon the blindness will be lifted and all of Israel will be saved (a remnant). Let’s give attention to verse forty-four. There are those who teach “predestination” meaning that some people are meant to be saved even selected aforehand of God to be saved and others are not. That is a false and demonic teaching. It is not the will of God that any perish.
1 Timothy 2:1-4 (KJV)
1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
2 Peter 3:9 (KJV)
9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
I think we can clearly see from a fuller counsel of God that it is the will of God (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) that all come to salvation. It is necessary that God woo or call us to Jesus for we would not know in the natural that we needed a Savior, it is the express intent of the devil to blind our minds to that need.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4 (KJV)
3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
Perhaps, the Amplified version of the Bible will give another window to gaze at the same Truth in John 6:44.
John 6:44 (AMP)
44 No one is able to come to Me unless the Father Who sent Me attracts and draws him and gives him the desire to come to Me, and [then] I will raise him up [from the dead] at the last day.
Remember, God sees to it that everyone in one way or another has opportunity to come to Jesus, otherwise our God would be unjust and if there is anything our God is not and that is unjust. Consider the following verses.
Romans 10:13-17 (KJV)
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Romans 1:20 (KJV)
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: (Bold added by Dr. Wood)
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it by faith in Jesus name!
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
