REPENT OF WHAT? PART TWO
Sunday – May 31, 2020, Sivan 8, 5780
Greetings to our dear and precious friends and partners of this Ministry. God is so good dear ones. God is only good, there is no evil or anything bad in Him, He does not have a dark side. Please take a moment to share these teachings as widely as possible to extend the reach of this Ministry. As you are all too well aware, we have been dealing with the Coronavirus Pandemic for three months. Many of the discussions range across the whole spectrum of absurd, most are liberally laced with fear, and very few based on spiritual reality and faith. With regard to the fear aspect, some is fear of the virus, some is fear of the government. Conspiracies abound. There is much discussion about opening the economy so people can return to work, shop, and attend Church without restriction. What is going on now (written 7th of May) will not be gone when you read this. What are the Prophets saying? What has the Lord said through this Prophet? What is the solution to this pandemic which is infecting and killing saint and sinner alike? It is always repentance! As I talked about last week from Deuteronomy 28, we have turned aside to other words, other gods.
Deuteronomy 28:14-15 (KJV)
14 And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
15 But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:
You may be thinking your doctrine is the pure Word of God, but is it? Why is the curse (poverty, sickness and disease) rampant in us and our Church? Are you teaching that God is in Control of all this, have you been teaching that He brought this on to get our attention, to teach us and the world something, or that He is going to work this out for our good? We might want to take some time and see what the Scripture actually says about those three false teachings. This is just three among many. Could these be things to repent of?
The traditions of men and the doctrines of devils have brought us individually and the Church into great bondage, under the control of the evil ones (spirits), and causes us to be absolutely powerless. Why are we so faithless? How is our love (agape) walk? Remember, that love (agape) is obedience to the Word of God, a selfless life, and adherence to Blood Covenant. Do we honor and teach others to honor the Word of God far and away above all else? Do we honor the Ministry gifts (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, Teacher) that God has place among us or have we muzzled them or even run them off? Could this be something to repent of? With Deuteronomy 28:14-15 in mind lets take a look at how well this turning aside to other words and gods worked out for Adam and Eve. This is what God said.
Genesis 2:17 (KJV)
17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
This is what the Serpent said.
Genesis 3:4-5 (KJV)
4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
On that day they put aside the Word of God entering into unbelief concerning the Word God. In place of the Word of God they received, believed, and acted upon the words of the Serpent. They turned aside from the Words of God to other words, they turned aside from the Creator God and made a fallen angel their god. How did all that work out? Do we somehow think we can go aside to other words and gods and get a better result? We need to prove by Scripture (2 – 3 witnesses) everything we believe.
Acts 17:11 (KJV)
11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
Are we good Berean’s or just swallow everything we hear hook line and sinker? Would this be something to repent of? Are we seeing prayer failure including intercessory prayer failure?
Hosea 4:6 (KJV)
6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Have we rejected the Word of God, the pure Word of God in favor of the traditions of men and the doctrines of demons? If so, and it is readily apparent, He (God) will reject us as priests before Him. Our rejection of the Word of God will adversely affect our children. Perhaps it was easier to believe God was in control of every thing because it relieved us of our responsibilities in the Kingdom of God. Would this be something to repent of?
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
