IT IS STILL DAY
Thursday – May 2, 2019, Nisan 27, 5779
Greetings dear partners and friends of Eastern Gate Ministries International, Inc., and The Three Minute Word publication. As you may know I am doing a verse by verse through the Book of John. If you have never met Adam and Eve, meet them today. Eve is the furthest away and Adam is the closer. You can tell by the horns; the horns of the male are closer the head and more spread out on the female. Now let’s go to our primary Bible test reading it aloud.
John 9:4-7 (KJV)
4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.
5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
6 When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,
7 And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.
Notice that Jesus doesn’t say that He is doing His works but that He is doing the works of the One who sent Him which is the Father. Never forget this pattern for it is to be our pattern. Jesus only said what the Father said, Jesus only did what He saw the Father doing, and then the Father did the works. Jesus had the authority and when He aligned with the Father in obedience the Anointing flowed and marvelous things were done. We are to be doing what Jesus did and greater things.
John 14:12 (KJV)
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
This is not a holy suggestion but a command from the Master Himself and therefore from His Father and our Father. Why are we so slack? Just like the children of Israel we have many precious promises for this time right here in the earth but we like the tribes of Israel are slack also.
Joshua 18:3 (KJV)
3 And Joshua said unto the children of Israel, How long are ye slack to go to possess the land, which the LORD God of your fathers hath given you?
How long will we be slack in possessing the promises of God, discharging our obligations under the Covenant, and reaping the abundant benefits? Just as Jesus said that He must do the “works of him that sent me” so must we. Brother and sister, we are sent by the same Person! Thank God it is still day but the night is coming. The night is not our night but for the world when we are taken out of the way (Catching away). As we move forward into verse five please read it very carefully. We often hear it said that Jesus is the light of the world. Is that a correct statement? According to what Jesus said, He was the light of the world when he was in the world but He is no longer in the world but at the right hand of the Father and our spirit man with Him and in Him. So, who is the light of the world now?
Matthew 5:13-14 (KJV)
13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
We are the salt (wonderful study for another day) and we are the light of the world. This was foreshown in the creation account.
Genesis 1:14-19 (KJV)
14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.
17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.
19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.
Notice there is a great light (Jesus) who rules over the day and there is a lesser light (demonic powers) who rule over the night. Now notice the stars which are us, the Church. We are the light in darkness just as Jesus was light in darkness when He came. Now follow down into verse eighteen and notice that we (the stars) rule over the light and the darkness. Remember, we have the authority in the earth and God has the power which flows through us but only when we are in alignment with Him. Our orders come from the King of kings, Christ Jesus, and we are the kings in the earth. He is the High Priest and we are priests in the earth which can change everything for those for whom we intercede, stand in the gap for. Isn’t this wonderful stuff!?

Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
