LOVE AND MANIFESTATION
Monday – December 30, 2019, Tevet 2, 5780

Greetings most precious friends, and partners of this Ministry and blog ordained of God and welcome back to the enlightening and empowering (if we choose) Bible Study of the Book of John. Donna and I recently got two kittens and here is one of them up the Christmas Tree. If you are reading this on Facebook please take just a moment and hit the “love” and “share” buttons to encourage us and increase the reach of these teachings. If these teachings are of value to you, they will likely be of value to others. Now let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible text in the Book of John reading it aloud.
John 14:21-23 (KJV)
21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?
23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
I do realize that I am spending a lot of time on this topic of obedience being a manifestation of (agape – God kind) love. The Masters’ very own definition of love (agape) is obedience to His commandments which brings the manifested presence of God into our lives. This is extraordinarily important. This appears to be THE way we obtain supernatural manifestations of God in our lives and not A way (one of many). Millions of Christians are saying they love God and they have faith but there is little to no manifestation of the supernatural in their lives. However, many times there is ample evidence of the curse being rampant which is to say that our spiritual adversaries and the curse are unhindered. They are unhindered due to the lack of obedience and the lack of effective spiritual warfare. Could it be that this very topic of obedience to the Scripture (commandments) is playing a role? Let us, each one of us examine ourselves (judge ourselves that we be not judged). Once we examine or judge ourselves it is incumbent upon each of us to repent and take the necessary corrective action.
Precious brothers and sisters our lives consist of a series of choices. We have options before us and we choose based on various criteria that we have chosen as important. God pursued us from birth and along the way we made decisions about making Him our one and only God or staying with the god(s) of this world. Of course, at the time, and perhaps even now, we don’t see it as that stark of a contrast but dear ones it is and it is a matter of death and life. Today I want to demonstrate once again from Scripture the vital importance of our thoughts and confession (words) in which we have faith. Confession in which we don’t have faith is sin and we will be held accountable for those idle words. That is according to the Master Himself.
Matthew 12:35-37 (KJV)
35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
I don’t know about you but this sounds rather serious to me. Do we take it seriously? Do we believe it? Are we acting upon these Scriptures? Are we making a good faith confession in our prayer closet or at the Church and then talking doubt and unbelief the rest of the day or week? The answer is manifest in the fruits of our lives. Yes, I am still talking about love (agape) of God being obedience to the commands (every Word from the mouth of God) and the manifestation of God in our lives. Let’s take a look at Psalm 91 to demonstrate this further. Precious ones I want your life and mine just alive with the undeniable supernatural manifestations of the presence of God.
Psalm 91:1-3 (KJV)
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
Just because we are saved does not place us in the secret place of the most High nor are we abiding in the shadow of the Almighty. How do we get there? Look at verse two, we must declare it, speak it by faith and not come off of that confession no matter what things look like, sound like, or feel like. We declare our God as our Lord, our refuge, our fortress, our God, and the One, the only One we trust. It must be declared (said out loud) to be effective and said by faith with no wavering in our confession. Thoughts will come from our spiritual adversaries, and even persons close to us, to take us to a different confession but we must not rationalize with the enemy or let emotion take us in the ditch. As we do that we are indeed in the secret place and in His shadow. Then we confess that we are indeed delivered from the snare of the fowler and the noisome pestilence. We don’t waver no matter the circumstances or anything else assaulting the Word of God. Dear ones, along with me, resist getting bored with this topic and saying “yeah, yeah, I know”, while the supernatural is absent in our lives. Lord willing, I will pick up here tomorrow.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name!
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
