AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

MINISTERING SPIRITS
Greetings to our precious friends and partners of this Ministry and followers of The Three Minute Word blog. We welcome you back to this wonderfully powerful Bible Study of the Book of John. God is so good to give us His Word taking the guesswork out of what His will is and what we are to do. Please take a few moments at this time to share this teaching extending our reach of the gospel, of the Truth. The featured image today is of Donna and me at Quill Hill this past summer. Since each Spirit baptized believer has the very highest level of authority and the Power to back it up why are the heathen running everything and why do they have all the money? Why do the heathen control the gates of every sphere of influence (pillars, mountains)? Where is the Scripture for the heathen being the head and the Church being the tail? The Serpent has beguiled the Church which thinks our current situation is the will of God. What an affront to our God! Jesus is heir of all (notice all – spiritual and physical) and we are joint-heirs (participants in common) with Him (Hebrews 1:2, Romans 8:17). When will we stop being suckered by the trickery of the devil(s), the traditions of men, and the doctrine of demons? When will we stop playing the victim card and start playing the king in us card? Now let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible Study and primary Bible text and read it aloud, yes, out loud.
John 20:17-19 (KJV)
17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.
18 Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her.
19 Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
This Jesus who stood before Mary Magdalene is the risen and fully restored second person of the co-equal Triune God. We have been reviewing the Words which accomplished this spoken by the Father and carried out by His Power, the Holy Spirit. Before we move forward, I want to review Ephesians 1:19 and the words translated ‘power’.
Ephesians 1:19 (KJV)
19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
The first word translated as ‘power’ is dynamis according to
Strong’s Talking Greek & Hebrew Dictionary and is a miracle level of power commonly referred to in Scripture. The second word translated as ‘power’ is kratos according to Strong’s Talking Greek & Hebrew Dictionary. This word seems to carry with it not only the idea of miracle power but resurrection power. Can you imagine the power needed to make, return, Jesus as God? It seems this is a higher level of power. Now, to our Hebrews text and let’s pick up with the fourteenth verse.
Hebrews 1:10-14 (KJV)
10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:
11 They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment;
12 And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.
13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
Most people do not seem to know that they can send forth ministering spirits (angels and the Holy Spirit) to accomplish the will of God by our command. If we never utter, decree, command the will of God, the Words of God, from our mouth nothing happens. Remember these two things. First, all that we do, all Jesus did, must be by faith in God, walking in love (agape), and led of the Holy Spirit. Second, we like Jesus must only say what the Father says, do what we see the Father doing, and the Father will do the works. We are the heirs of salvation referred to in this fourteenth verse. These ministering spirits do not primarily minister to us but minister on our behalf. So, when we pray, we dispatch these ministering spirits in Jesus name to accomplish all that the Father desires. We have a vital role in all that happens in the earth. We have a role that only we can fill, that cannot be done by another person, and will not be done by God. Then there is a vital role that only God can fill and cannot be done by another and not by us. If we take the attitude that everything is up to God and we just beg for everything and wait we will die in our defeat with the devils laughing with glee.
Lord willing, I will pick with our text in the Book of John next week.

20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
