AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH
Monday – January 18, 2021, Sh’vat 5, 5781
SHE RUNNETH
Greetings dear and precious saints of the only Living God, the only true God. Wow, 2021 is off and running, God is vindicating His Prophets, He will never leave His people high and dry. Before we proceed please take a moment and share this Bible teaching to extend the reach of the Truth to those looking for the Truth. Many say they are looking for the Truth. Many say they are believing God to bring about change in their lives. Sadly, most are not willing to change their thoughts, words, and actions. We always have a part. Our previous thoughts, words, and actions have produced the life we now have. So, what must happen to produce first a different spiritual reality and then a different physical reality? We must change our thought life to God’s thoughts first. If we have evil established in our lives it is because we have evil thoughts. I didn’t say that Jesus did. By the way, the following passage applies to you and me, not just the heathen!
Luke 6:44-46 (KJV)
44 For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.
45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.
46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?
Dear brother and sister let’s examine every belief and prove it by the Word or discard it renewing our mind to the Truth. Let’s forsake our pride and false humility. The Church, the organized, traditional Church, is in pitiful shape without faith, powerless, and a derision to the world. Jesus preached repentance and the Kingdom of God, what about us? We are not preaching and walking in our redemption from the curse (part of being a Kingdom citizen) but instead wallowing in it like it is the will of God. Jesus says, we just plain are not doing what He says.
Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary text in the wonderful Book of John and continue along. Read it aloud, yes, out loud.
John 20:1-4 (KJV)
1 The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.
2 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.
3 Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre.
4 So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre.
What a marvelous Book, this Book of John! Of course, I say that about all the Books of the Bible and it is the Truth in every case. We are such a privileged people to have the Holy Scripture and the Holy Spirit with and within to teach us all things. Many of the heroes of faith we read about, and admire did not have any of this (entire Bible) and they did not have the electronic tools for study. God is so good to us in these last days, we are the Elijah generation, we are the John the Baptist generation, preparing the way of the Lord and making all things ready for the Catching Away. We are the generation, the Rising Remnant, not the traditional organized Church, to trigger by faith in love led of the Holy Spirit the final awakening. Even as you read this, it is underway and will last until the Catching Away (Rapture).
In our text Jesus has been to the Cross being made sin and giving us His righteousness. He has paid the penalty of Hell so we do not have too. He was found innocent by His sinless Blood (Blood of the Lamb) and obtained Resurrected by the Word of His testimony defeating the devil once and for all. He went into the Bosom of Abraham and preached leading them out of that captivity into Heaven with His Resurrection (also their resurrection and ours). Now, we find the sepulcher empty! Our text, verse two, tells us the Mary Magdalene ran first to Peter and then the others with the news of the empty tomb. Dear ones, no other religion can show us an empty tomb, they cannot even talk about or show complete and total redemption to God. Oh, what a privileged people due to the love of God, who is Love. Peter and John (“the other disciple”) immediately run to the tomb. Guess who gets there first and who goes inside.

2 Chronicles 20:20b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
