SPECIAL POST-ELECTION WORD OF THE LORD
SOLUTION OR OPPORTUNITY?

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Another Presidential election is behind us and Donald Trump has been chosen by the American electorate as the next President of the United States and Mike Pence as his Vice-President. When I went to prayer yesterday morning (9th) after a very short night I inquired of the Lord as to the meaning of this election and how I should now pray for our government as well as President Elect Trump and Vice-President Elect Pence. I also inquired as to how God would have me speak to others about this time in the history of the United States.
God pointed out that the election of Mr. Trump is an opportunity for the Church of God to come out of bondage and for the United States of America as a nation to return to its Judaeo-Christian roots. He reminded me that America has been given many opportunities in recent years and all were squandered by ostensibly Christian men that were elected to office. When we, the Church, stand with God, He will stand with us, giving us favor and the walls will be rebuilt and the gates will be installed and both will be stronger than ever. Will President Elect Trump give the Church of God cover and spend the political capital necessary to do so? If we the Church will get the wickedness out of our personal lives and out of the corporate Church and give the righteous in our government spiritual cover, judgment (justice) will not come.
First, abortion must become illegal. The idea that killing a child in the womb is a viable ‘women’s healthcare option’ must be eliminated from acceptable thinking. It is the woman, the mother who chooses to have the abortion and so it is the mother who bears the guilt and the consequences as well as any accomplices such as the doctor. Second, the idea that LGBT behavior is an acceptable even desirable lifestyle choice must become an anathema to us just as it is to God. The LGBT people need Jesus, our compassion, and deliverance in the name of Jesus from this abomination. Be clear that judgment (justice) is coming to America if there is no repentance in the Church and there is not a national repentance.
The Lord reminded me of the Presidency of George W. Bush who gave the testimony of being born again and delivered from alcoholism. He knew that Abortion and the developing LGBT agenda were wrong yet he did nothing and the Church allowed him to do nothing. This played a role in 9/11, the collapse of the economy at the end of his presidency, and his being deceived concerning Iraq. Just look at the health, lives, and treasure that has been spent in that place, a place where the spirit of anti-christ reigns. Look at the spirit that fills our governmental offices including the White House the last eight years. The debt of these United States has doubled and we ourselves and the government have become our god. The insanity of Satan is exponentially increasing in our nation. This however is small potato’s compared to what lies ahead for America absent repentance, first in the Church and second on the national level. Each of us individually must be careful that we are not giving even tacit approval to abortion and the LGBT agenda.
Some months ago the Lord had spoken the term “stalking horse” to me in prayer concerning candidate Donald Trump, now President Elect Donald Trump. I jumped to a negative conclusion about that term and maintained that until the last 24-36 hours. The American Dictionary of the English Language, Noah Webster 1828 defines ‘stalking-horse’ as follows:
STALKING-HORSE, n. A horse, real or factitious, behind which a fowler conceals himself from the sight of the game which he is aiming to kill; hence, a mask; a pretense. Hypocrisy is the devil’s stalking.horse, under an affectation of simplicity and religion.
Given the definition above, it is easy to jump to a negative conclusion however what if the person behind Mr. Trump is God. Some of the most unusual and unexpected people have from time to time advanced God’s plan.
I have seen other Prophets say that Mr. Trump is a King Cyrus for America. King Cyrus, a king of Persia, facilitated the rebuilding of the temple of God. This was a heathen king, a man and government that had conquered Israel but now God was moving on his heart to re-establish the people of God (Book of Ezra).
The Lord also pointed out to me that the “spirit of Jezebel” has been broken in America, at least for a season with this election. You can read about Jezebel starting in 1 Kings 16 but in short it is a spirit generally expressed through a woman that is manipulative and controlling and seeks to destroy the Church particularly the Prophets of God. Just as in Revelation two, the woman Jezebel was given a space of time to repent and she did not and is now thrown down.
Finally God pointed me to the Book of Hosea and there we see God telling the Prophet Hosea to take a wife from among the whores. This is a type and shadow of God and Israel or any other disobedient people or person. Hosea chose a woman by the name of Gomer which means complete failure. Right now America in the spiritual realm is a complete failure and in whoredom concerning the things of God. Donald Trump is in the place of Hosea to bring America out of its whoredom and bear mighty children for the Kingdom of God. At least for the next four years Mr. Trump is married to America.
Mr. Trump is in great danger, pray for him and Mr. Pence to be continually surrounded with God’s wisdom, protection, and mercy for his sake, for the sake of the children of God, for the sake of the Kingdom of God, and for America’s sake. Pray that Mr. Trump, the Church, and the United States be given the space of time and mercy to choose to do the will of God that each has been given of God to accomplish.
In late 2015 when I was praying and asking the Lord about 2016 He showed me several things. Pertinent to this revelation is that 2016 would be a year of change and turmoil. There was to be change and turmoil in individual Christian lives and in our national life. The change and turmoil in our individual lives is necessary to make us more like Him. The unnecessary things and hindering ideas in our lives must be rooted out because they distract us from our God given mission. The Lord will then give us new things that facilitate His mission for us. All of this will have the intended effect of expanding the Kingdom of God and it will also enlarge our individual lives financially and health. I suspect that any one of you reading this can attest to this individual turmoil and national turmoil.
In more recent days I have been inquiring about 2017 and even 2018. We have been given a space of time for repentance and to tear down the high places. Next year 2017 is a God given time of mercy for each of us to return to Him. If we do not return to Him, 2018 will bring a day of judgment that will eclipse anything seen in the earth to this time. So, we must not squander the time of mercy. America will survive and from the rubble a strong remnant of the Church will arise. There will be a great time of restoration and then the end (catching away) will come.
