THE PLACE OF SAFETY – PART EIGHTEEN

Greetings precious saints of God and welcome back to this powerful, in-depth, engaging, and empowering Bible Study. Please take a moment at the onset of this study to share it as widely as possible.
BEACON OF HOPE VINYL SIDING UPDATE
As those of you know who follow this blog, this is an ongoing project of Eastern Gate Ministries International Inc. with several generous partners. The project is nearing completion but there is significant work remaining and additional expense. We are still receiving contributions. The project manager, Mike Morneau, could also use more volunteers especially those with experience with vinyl. This project will exceed the money contributed with the next work day. The following pictures are from the 23rd.

Our God, the only living God, is so, so good! He is nothing but good, He is never ever the source of anything bad in our lives. We and we alone make those choices. I know this is very bitter medicine in a generation that does not want to take responsibility for anything. Certainly, I could not be wrong one might exclaim either out loud or within. This is why there is so little repentance and the result of that is disastrous. Let’s look at our lives. Dear ones let us look for opportunities (judge ourselves) to humble ourselves and repent. Examine every thought and every word preferable before we utter them. Are our thoughts and words according to Scripture or arising from the flesh, the man who is supposed to be dead, the carnal nature? I am going to move into the 23rd Psalm and as I do consider this; the whole Bible in one way or another educates us as to our place of safety and where we are not safe.
Psalm 23:1-6 (KJV)
1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
Verse one is our declaration that the Lord is our shepherd and that as a result of Him being our Shepherd we shall not want. Not only are our needs met but our wants are met as well. Do any of us dare to believe the Lord to satisfy the wants (desires over and above needs) He has placed within us according to Scripture? Our Lord wants us to be flowing in great abundance. In that abundance is safety. That is a part of why He came.
John 10:10 (AMP)
10 The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).
1 Timothy 6:17 (KJV)
17 Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;
If we will focus on Him as our one and only source, He will make us rich in goods well beyond our wildest dreams, fantasies, He is no respecter of persons.
Genesis 12:1-3 (AMP)
1 NOW [in Haran] the Lord said to Abram, Go for yourself [for your own advantage] away from your country, from your relatives and your father’s house, to the land that I will show you.
2 And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you [with abundant increase of favors] and make your name famous and distinguished, and you will be a blessing [dispensing good to others]. (Bold added)
3 And I will bless those who bless you [who confer prosperity or happiness upon you] and curse him who curses or uses insolent language toward you; in you will all the families and kindred of the earth be blessed [and by you they will bless themselves].
Cast that poverty mentality down in Jesus name, it is a part of religion, doctrine of demons, the curse!
2 Corinthians 9:8 (AMP)
8 And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].
If we are not walking in all of this, who is our shepherd? Let me give us a huge clue, it is not God. Meditate on the following verses, yes, Ecclesiastes is part of the Bible.
Ecclesiastes 7:12 (KJV)
12 For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it.
Ecclesiastes 10:19 (KJV)
19 A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things.
Let us sow like we mean it dear ones. Let us sow in faith (not feigned or dead faith), in love, and led of the Holy Spirit so we will walk in the super abundance Jesus came for us to have. Lord willing, I will pick up right here next Saturday.
2 Chronicles 20:20b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
