WE LIVE BY JESUS

Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible text reading it aloud.
John 6:56-59 (KJV)
56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.
58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.
59 These things said he in the synagogue, as he taught in Capernaum.
Yesterday I spent some more time illuminating this idea of partaking of Jesus’ flesh and His blood. Any marriage that does not observe the same principles will not flourish. Likewise, in our relationship with Jesus, with the Father, we must obey the spiritual Law of Reciprocity or our Christian walk will be fraught with trouble. By that I mean the door will be open to the curse which includes among other curses poverty and sickness. Physical financial poverty is not of God and neither is sickness of any degree or kind. The Law of Reciprocity basically says that what one is willing to do the other must also be willing to do. Hopefully, you can see how failure to observe this law would doom or seriously hinder a marriage (covenant) between a man and a woman. In the same way a failure to observe the Law of Reciprocity seriously hinders the covenant relationship between us and the Father in Christ Jesus. In Covenant with the Father the Word (the Son) was willing to come and sacrifice His physical life and shed His blood on the Cross at Calvary. We must be willing on entering this Blood Covenant and give our lives (blood), our physical bodies (flesh) to His service. Ponder the two passages following.
Romans 6:12-14 (KJV)
12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (KJV)
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
God does not act independent of people but through people, a person must speak the will of God for it to be performed in the earth. The reason for that is that people, people of God, are the ones with the authority in the earth and God is the One with the Power to back up that God given, delegated, authority. When we are born again, we are in Him, in the Kingdom, we enter the same Covenant that Jesus had and has with the Father for eternity.
Acts 17:28 (KJV)
28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
Submitted to Jesus, in Jesus, we live (the God kind of life) and have our being (as children and sons of God in the Kingdom of God [light]). Back to the Law of Reciprocity. Because Abraham was willing to sacrifice Isaac (Isaac had to be willing just as Jesus was willing) the Father had to be willing to sacrifice Jesus and Jesus (the Word) had to be willing to be sacrificed. To natural persons (the unsaved) and to carnal Christians this does not sound attractive at all but to the spiritual Christian this is wonderful for God has no bad plans for us but the devil has a truckload. This is the path of victory, full commitment to God, the path of financial abundance (like Abraham and Isaac) and extraordinary health among many other things and it is to be easy when done right.
Matthew 11:28-30 (KJV)
28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
If it isn’t easy and light it is not God but is contaminated by works of the flesh.

Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
