AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

WHAT IS OUR STRENGTH?
Greetings to all of the wonderful, and precious, friends and partners of this Ministry and followers of The Three Minute Word blog. God is so good dear ones. Please take a moment to share this teaching as widely as possible to increase the reach of this Ministry, the reach of the Truth. The featured picture today is a very joyful picture of Donna and me taken May 25, 2019. God is so, so, good dear ones. I have been talking this week about the idea of humanism that has crept into the Church and is a false idea, it is an idea of the devil, not of God. When we were born again, we became way more than human beings that were saved, we because children of God with eternal life, spiritual being, supernatural persons, citizens of the Kingdom of God, with all of Heaven and earth given to us.
Again, I ask, why are we slack? We have been given really poor spiritual feed by our spiritual leaders! There has been a soft peddling of sin by saying we have to make a place for our humanness. Really? Humanism is an outlook or system of thought attaching prime importance to human rather than divine or supernatural matters. Humanist beliefs stress the potential value and goodness of human beings, emphasize common human needs, and seek solely rational ways of solving human problems. We are now supernatural beings with all of the capacity to do the things Jesus did (including not sinning) and the greater things. Let’s all stifle the unbelief and believe the Bible. Now, let’s turn to our primary Bible text and read it out loud (Romans 10:17).
John 16:20-22 (KJV)
20 Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.
21 A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.
22 And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.
As you will recall, for the last several days I have been teaching about His joy, and our joy. Our joy originated with God and is a part of our spirit man. With the quickening of our spirit man at salvation, we can manifest joy on a supernatural level. Joy is always associated with strength and victory. Sorrow is associated with weakness and defeat. Jesus carried our sorrows (Isaiah 53:4) so let us cast away any sorrow the devil brings to us. There are many opportunities to sorrow, let’s not take any. Cast the care of these sorrows over onto Jesus (1 Peter 5:6-9). Let’s again turn our attention to the following passage.
John 15:10-11 (KJV)
10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.
11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
Again, see that obedience, love (agape) is intimately linked to His joy and our joy. When we treat the Word of God lightly, despise (think little of) the Word, we are impeding His joy and our own. Consider the following familiar passage.
Nehemiah 8:10 (KJV)
10 Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength. (Bold added)
If you take the time, which I recommend, review this whole account you will see that Jerusalem and the Temple are in ruins, Nehemiah is there to restore, and the people are ignorant of the Word of God. We have the exact same thing right now; the country and the Church are in ruins and the people (Church people) are ignorant of the Word of God. Be encouraged, there is a rising remnant! Just as there was a rising remnant in the time of Jesus and the first century which turned the world upside down so there will be in our day. The people were gathered and came to understand how far they were missing it, they repented and this brought joy to the Lord. Our obedience always brings joy to the Lord and puts us in alignment for His Power, His Favor to flow in our lives. With our obedience comes great joy for us, our Lord has great joy, and His power flows and that alone is our strength. Rejoice dear ones, our God is nothing but good. Decide to be willing (in our hearts) and obedient to the Word and eat the good of the land and put the devouring we have experienced all too much far from us.
Isaiah 1:19-20 (KJV)
19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
We will pick up our study of this wonderful Book of John next Monday, Lord willing.
2 Chronicles 20:20b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
