YOU ALSO SHALL BEAR WITNESS
Thursday – May 14, 2020, Iyar 20, 5780

Greetings dear saints of God and others and welcome back to this powerful Anointed light from the Book of John, really from the mouth of the Father. The featured picture today was taken May 25, 2019, a wonderful day when Donna and I were wed. If you are reading this on Facebook please take a moment to hit the “love” and “share” buttons to expand the reach of these Truths to your friend list greatly expanding the reach of this Ministry. Thank you for taking a moment to do that, God sees.
As you all should know by now, I often speak about this phrase “God is in control” and how it is a chief cause of failure in the Church (individuals and the corporate Church). This phrase is commonly proclaimed by Pastor and parishioner alike. At the present time it is commonly used in connection with this pestilence of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) but have all heard it used in connection with all manner of manifestations of the curse. Part of the reason for this false idea is that individuals and the Church find themselves powerless and without a clue as to what to do in the face of the curse. We have been redeemed from the curse so why is the Church rife with the curse? The cure is a whole other lengthy teaching. This at least in part has given rise to the abominable God in Control theology. Did God bring this pestilence upon mankind independent of the behavior of mankind or the accusations of the devil? The devil got a judgment against us! The way out is repentance! Who has control over the curse? We do in our individual lives and the Church in a geographical area. Who has been delivered from the curse? We have at Calvary. Who enforces that deliverance and how? We do with our God given authority backed by the Holy Spirit by faith in love led of the Holy Spirit. God’s will should never be a mystery to the diligent child of God. God is not working out some mysterious plan in our individual lives for His glory, another abominable belief. The Bible, all 66 books, is plum full of the will of God and every last bit of it is wonderful over the top.
A lack of repentance opens the door to the devil and he brings the curse into our lives. It also shuts the door to God and we find Jesus on the outside standing at the door knocking. When we don’t judge ourselves and change our thoughts, words, and way (beliefs) we are judged. During this Coronavirus pestilence we have seen pastors call for and practice uncalled for and unnecessary civil disobedience. Some of them have died. That was not the will of God, their death did not bring glory to God, but instead has brought shame upon the church!
The Word of the Lord (Prophecy) spoken through me (March 15 & 22) declared, exposed that there was a false faith in the Church which would bring humiliation. That humiliation is now playing out for all to see because the Church refuses to repent. Thus far (April 14) the sermons have been business as usual. We want God to heal the land but we don’t want to change. When we proclaim that God is in control, we abdicate (relinquishing) our authority, passing full control to the devil. When we do that, we are just as vulnerable to the pestilence as the world, being fully at the mercy of the devil (and he has no mercy). The only thing that keeps the Church from being decimated is the patience and mercy of God in the face of great rebellion and an astounding level of ignorance (walking in darkness). This unscriptural doctrine that “God is in Control” along with many other traditions of men and doctrines of devils leaves the Church without power and a laughing stock as a whole.
This is not a time for molly coddling but very explicit straight talk. Know this dear ones, there is a Church, a remnant arising, that will do all the Truth, and usher in the coming of the Lord. What will we, each one of us decide? Will we choose to stay in darkness or move into the light? Now, let’s take a look at our primary Bible text from the Book of John before we end for today and read it aloud, yes, aloud.
John 15:26-27 (KJV)
26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:
27 And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.
Jesus tells us that the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, or paraklētos, in the Greek transliterated to English according to Strong’s Talking Greek & Hebrew Dictionary. When we call upon the name of Jesus, the Comforter is the one who will aid us, He is an intercessor, consoler, an advocate, and a comforter according to Strong’s Talking Greek & Hebrew Dictionary. He is the Spirit of Truth. The Truth at its core is always the Word of God which is synonymous with Jesus. Let’s together carefully read the following and first reference Jesus makes to the Comforter in the gospels. In fact, the Book of John is the only gospel of the four which uses the term Comforter.
John 14:26 (KJV)
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
The Comforter is our teacher and He will teach us “all things”. As I pointed out before, what would be left out of “all things”? This idea that there are things God is withholding or are too grand or lofty for us to understand is hogwash. He will teach is “all things”. Are we willing to invest the time?
John 16:7 (KJV)
7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
Jesus pointed out to them and us that it was good that He go back to Heaven from which He came and that He send the Comforter. Jesus could only be in one place at a time but the Holy Spirit is everywhere present. The Holy Spirit is the quickening Spirit we receive at salvation. He is the Spirit with whom we can be filled and be equipped for sonship in the Kingdom with various gifts and the flow of supernatural power in our lives. We in our sphere of influence and the Church as a whole is to be, now, the governing body in the earth. Oh my, we are not even close, and most don’t even believe that. Jesus on the Mount of Olives before He finally ascended to the right hand of the Father told the disciples to not leave Jerusalem until they were endued with Power from on high. Do we suppose He is giving each of us the same advice today?
Acts 1:4-8 (KJV)
4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.
5 For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Without salvation and the baptism of the Holy Spirit we cannot be effective witnesses of Him.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
