THE THREE MINUTE WORD

BEASTS OF THE FIELD
Greetings children of the most High God and welcome back to our study of the Book of Isaiah. If you are not a child of the most High God you are a child of darkness, of Satan. I realize that is a little blunt but the cost of staying in the devils’ kingdom is way too high, it is stealing, killing, and destroying now and Hell forever after this life. Change kingdoms today! Before moving on please take a moment and share this teaching as widely as possible by every means available to you. Thank you for sharing. The featured picture today is of Donna and me on Resurrection Day this year at Church. Now let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible text in the Book of Isaiah. Please continue reading out loud.
Isaiah 43:19-23 (KJV)
19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
20 The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.
21 This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.
22 But thou hast not called upon me, O Jacob; but thou hast been weary of me, O Israel.
23 Thou hast not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused thee to serve with an offering, nor wearied thee with incense.
Did they believe verse nineteen, do we believe verse nineteen? Even if we are continuing in an old assignment of the Lord do we believe He will bring forth new and even exciting things? Will we see these things or be blind to them due to distractions of the enemy?
Jeremiah 17:5-6 (KJV)
5 Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.
Or do we choose the Lord?
Jeremiah 17:7-8 (KJV)
7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.
8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
The person trusting, relying in, believing and acting upon the Word of the Lord does not notice the heat the enemy brings or the drought around about. Have we chosen to be an Isaac?
Genesis 26:1-3 (KJV)
1 And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar.
2 And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of:
3 Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father;
Genesis 26:12-14 (KJV)
12 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.
13 And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:
14 For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him.
Do we believe that this is for us today? As we look at verse twenty today in closing, I don’t think the Lord is talking only about natural water but spiritual water, the Word of God. Yes, He brought forth natural water for the Israelites in the wilderness but more importantly He has given His Word to them and to us. What will we do with His Word? Will we mix it with faith and enter His rest or wander in the wilderness?
Lord willing, I will pick up right here next week. Remember we love you and there is nothing you can do about it.

2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. (Bold added)
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 (KJV)
13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. (Bold added)
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
