WEEP AND LAMENT

Greetings to our dear and precious friends and partners of this Ministry and The Three Minute Word blog. May grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of Him. Please take a moment and share this teaching as widely as possible. Your sharing expands the reach of this Ministry substantially. The featured picture today is of a beautiful sunrise along the coast of Maine. There is a beautiful sunrise coming to America but not in and through the organized traditional Church but instead through the rising remnant. God has been speaking to, warning, His people for many years to turn to Him, to repent, but they have not. Sadly, the Church for the most part is completely oblivious to any need of repentance. The organized, traditional Church has walked in the traditions of men and the doctrines of devils (darkness) for so long they think they are in the light and are light when all the time it is darkness. In the darkness there is only stealing, killing, and destroying in place of the abundant life Jesus came and paid for. The primary reason the Church has not entered the promises of God, our “Promised Land” is unbelief. Where is the operation of the gifts of the Spirit, where are the gifts of the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher, where is the overflowing prosperity, and soundness of body? Where are the things Jesus did and the greater things? Let’s not just read these admonitions and say amen but be convicted and examine ourselves, each and every one of us. Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible text and read it out loud.
John 16:19-22 (KJV)
19 Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them, Do ye enquire among yourselves of that I said, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me?
20 Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.
21 A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.
22 And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.
Jesus is in the last moments of His earthly ministry and He is preparing the disciples for His departure and reassures them it will be better in the end. He tells them it will be better because He is sending the Comforter (Holy Spirit) who will be with all peoples and in all who believe. Jesus was confined to a body and could not be all places present with all who believe. Jesus tells them they will “weep and lament” whereas the world will say good riddance (paraphrase). However, He assured His disciples that their sorrow would be turned to joy. He has told them previously He is going to be gone 3 days and 3 nights.
Mark 8:31 (KJV)
31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
Like many things before the Cross and Resurrection His teachings seemingly went in one ear and out the other. He also told them that the Comforter (the Holy Spirit) would bring all things to remembrance.
John 14:26 (KJV)
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Things could not be brought to their remembrance and neither can anything be brought to our remembrance if we never knew or heard it in the first place. This is the importance of reading the Bible out loud, and studying the Bible. This puts it in our mind, our brain (different space/realm) so the Holy Spirit can bring it to our remembrance whether we remember it, or understand it. If we will take the time, the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, will teach us all things. Let me ask again, what would be excluded from “all things”? Do we actually believe this or do we believe the doctrine of devils that some things are just a mystery and we can only understand them in the sweet bye and bye? Do we challenge what we believe from time to time confirming all with two or three different witnesses? Do we just accept that everything the Pastor or speaker says in Sunday morning is right or are we good Berean’s?
Acts 17:10-11 (KJV)
10 And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.
11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
Lord willing, I will pick up right here tomorrow.
2 Chronicles 20:20b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
