A MAN APPOINTED OF GOD

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ. It is Friday already and time to be reminded to pray for the Church, the body of Christ. Today at noon Eastern Standard Time Barak Obama will no longer be President and Donald J Trump will be sworn in as the 45th President of these United States. America’s most Biblically-hostile U. S. President will no longer have the reins of power and his reign of destruction will be ended. Mr. Trump I think for most of us is a seemingly unlikely person to be chosen of God to upend the country and get us back to our foundational roots. More specifically, Biblical standards, the unchanging yardstick by which to measure all ideas, words, and behavior. Since the election of Mr. Trump with the majority in the House and Senate the heathen have been raging but God is laughing at their vain antics and so should we. They are raging because they know their assault on God at least through the government is over. The Church cannot rest and must remain engaged in this battle which will be won or lost in the spirit realm. Mr. Trump, President Trump, is not a solution by himself, he is an opportunity. God is speaking through His Prophets, this must be picked up and spoken by all so that God is loosed to perform His Words. We are to decree a thing (the Word of God) and it will be so.
Job 22:25-28 (KJV)
25 Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver.
26 For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God.
27 Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.
28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways. (Bold added by Dr. Wood)
Let’s also look at the Second Psalm and how it applies.
Psalm 2:1-12 (KJV)
1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.
5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.
7 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.
10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.
11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.
One might ask why the Democrats, the left are raging? The Lord answers saying they are against me and against mine Anointed One, who is Jesus the Christ. A critical mass was reached this election in the body of Christ and we now have the opportunity to return to our roots to righteousness. The heathen (their father) see an end to unfettered sin and are crying out to break the bands and cords of the Word, of righteousness. This will not go to completion except the Church stand in its proper place, nothing can stand and prevail against a righteous and holy Church. This of course means there must be monumental changes not only in our government but in the Church which is riddled with false doctrine. I encourage you all to listen to the Prophets and prosper.
2 Chronicles 20:20 (KJV)
20 And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. (Bold added)
I find it so interesting how the Democrats are generally referred to as being on the left and the Republicans are on the right. This is right out of the Bible with the left being the position of sin, rebellion against God and the right being the position of righteousness.
Ecclesiastes 10:2 (KJV)
2 A wise man’s heart is at his right hand; but a fool’s heart at his left.
Matthew 25:32-34 (KJV)
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
And to those on the left (goats – heathen) go into “everlasting punishment” and those on the right (sheep – Christians) have “life eternal”.
Matthew 25:46 (KJV)
46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
This is the start of a new day, pray not only for the new administration and righteousness but that those on the left those who have been raging against God, against Jesus, and against us will be granted mercy, and a space of time for repentance. Although I suspect all of us at one time or another would like to have sent someone straight to Hell, we really do not want that for anyone, we want mercy to repentance for the heathen just as God provided for every one of us. The ride will be rough, focus on God.
