AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

HEAVEN UPON THE EARTH
Greetings to our friends and partners and welcome back to The Three Minute Word blog. As the featured pictured depicts winter in Maine can at times have a bleak appearance as can our lives when the enemy attacks. Remember, the enemy will sometimes paint a pretty picture and sometimes a bleak picture depending on which deception he has worked on us before and he has seen work on us and those before us (our family). Let me tell you with certainty that we are on the cusp of the greatest uninterrupted move of God (through His Rising Remnant). The nation is coming down on a firm foundation, the current traditional organized Church is not. It will wind up as it started (Christianity). Many people are waiting for, looking for, God to move and have been for 2000 years. All the while God has been waiting for a people who will believe His Word and do it. God does not have authority to move independent of His people in the earth. That authority, dominion, was delegated by God (pleural) to mankind in the beginning and returned to mankind by The Word (Jesus) at His ascension to the right Hand of the Father. If this varies with what you believe or teach at your Church or denomination, just study the Word for yourself to rightly divide the Word and find all the Truth. Let us plunge forward with all rejoicing. Church, people of God, let’s get our eyes off of flesh and blood and onto the work of the Kingdom. Let us be thankful for where we are at and be content all the while knowing there is more (in the earth) and push forward. Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible text and read it aloud, yes, out loud.
John 20:1-4 (KJV)
1 The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.
2 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.
3 Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre.
4 So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre.
As you know Jesus is now (in our text) accomplishing all that He came to do. He came to destroy the works of the devil and give us now and forever an abundant life. Adam and all those to follow him had a mandate to cover the earth with the Garden of Eden however that authority, that capacity was lost due to sin for 4 days (4000 years) but is now restored to those in Christ Jesus. What have we done with it? We are mandated to bring Heaven upon the earth, that is what the Garden of Eden was and the will of God has not changed. Of course, there will be a greater fullness of Heaven upon the earth during the Millennial reign of Christ and then we will see it in opulent fulness with the New Heaven and the new earth. Consider the following lengthy passage of Scripture, I suggest you get your Bible out and read before and after what I have presented (it is all wonderful!).
Deuteronomy 11:18-25 (KJV)
18 Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.
19 And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
20 And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates:
21 That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth. (Bold added)
22 For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him;
23 Then will the LORD drive out all these nations from before you, and ye shall possess greater nations and mightier than yourselves.
24 Every place whereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be.
25 There shall no man be able to stand before you: for the LORD your God shall lay the fear of you and the dread of you upon all the land that ye shall tread upon, as he hath said unto you.
Now go back and read this slowing, thoughtfully, it applies directly to each and every believer today. He was talking to Israel about to enter the Promised Land and to us who are in our Promised Land but what are we doing with it? The Church is not in the earth to hide, to compromise, to get along, but to dominate. We are to be the top dogs (so to speak) in all of the pillars (spheres of influence, mountains) of Wisdom.

2 Chronicles 20:20b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
