IN THE HEART OF THE EARTH

Greetings to our friends and partners and welcome back to The Three Minute Word blog. The featured picture of Donna and me was taken in 2019 at Solid Rock Church (Celebration Church) on Pastor Appreciation Sunday. Please take a moment and share this Bible teaching as widely as possible to expand the reach of the Truth.
Let me tell you with certainty that we are on the cusp of the greatest uninterrupted awakenings to God (through His Rising Remnant). There have been many awakenings, revivals, down through the centuries. None lasted due to the complacency of God’s people. His people did not push forward to do the works Jesus did and the greater things. This nation is about to come down on a firm foundation, the current established traditional organized Church is not. It will wind up as it started (Christianity). The end time Church (Rising Remnant) which turns the world upside down will be persecuted by elements in the world and the established Church, just as in Jesus day and that of the first century saints.
Many people are waiting for, looking for, God to move and have been for 2000 years. All the while God has been waiting for a people who will believe His Word and do it. God does not have authority to move independent of His people. That authority, dominion, was delegated by God (pleural) to mankind in the beginning and returned to mankind by The Word (Jesus) at His ascension to the right Hand of the Father. If this varies with what you believe or teach at your Church or denomination, just study and rightly divide the Word for yourself and find all the Truth. Let us plunge forward with all rejoicing. Church, people of God, let’s get our eyes off of flesh and blood and onto the work of the Kingdom. Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible text and read it aloud, yes, out loud.
John 20:1-4 (KJV)
1 The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.
2 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.
3 Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre.
4 So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre.
Every bit of Scripture has Power and importance. It is our responsibility to have ears to hear, a heart to receive, and a heart to believe whether our carnal nature understands it or not. We have just studied the importance of the phrase “it was yet dark” in our primary text and I will now move to a secondary text and discuss Jesus statement that “the Son of Man” would be “in the heart of the earth”. Let’s review that text yet again, it won’t hurt us, in fact it will help us.
Matthew 12:39-40 (KJV)
39 But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:
40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
How did Jesus get out of Hell? Of course, some do not believe Jesus went to Hell, but our text in the Masters’ own Words confirms that reality. A sepulcher (tomb, crypt, vault) on the top of the ground is certainly not “in the heart of the earth”. He went so that we would not have too. Look at this Messianic verse found in the Psalms.
Psalm 16:10 (KJV)
10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
Jesus got out of Hell the same way we avoid Hell, by His Blood and the Word of our mouth. The same of Him. Remember, the Gentiles charged His with being the King of the Jews which is a true charge and the Jews charged Him with being the Son of God, also a true charge. Jesus went to the Cross the sinless Son of God. He was made sin for us redeeming our spirit (not our soul) and body from the curse of the law. His Blood cried out and He was found to be innocent by His innocent (sinless) Blood and the Words of His mouth (Psalm 16:10).
Revelation 12:11 (KJV)
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
When the payment for sin was satisfied, He went from Hell into the bosom of Abraham. There He preached what He preached on the surface of the earth, repentance and the Kingdom of God. The Apostle Paul in Ephesians tells us that they received Him as the Messiah and He led those captive in the Boson of Abraham on to Heaven. His Resurrection was their resurrection, and is our resurrection to come.
Galatians 4:4-7 (KJV)
4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
Dear ones we are now sons of God and the fulness of His salvation now given unto us will manifest fully at our resurrection.
Psalm 91:16 (NLT)
16 I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation.”
Shout with all joy and thanksgiving to our God!!
Lord willing, I will pick up right here next week. Remember, God is good and nothing but good. God can take the bad (stealing, killing, and destroying) in our lives and bring forth good things but only with our change of thoughts and words, the renewing of our minds.
2 Chronicles 20:20b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as your Bible Teacher and a Prophetic Voice in your life I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name!
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
