AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

THE PLACE OF SAFETY – PART TWENTY-ONE
Greetings dear and precious saints of the only Living God and welcome back to this Saturday Bible Study series focused on “The Place of Safety”. Please take a moment now to share this teaching as widely as possible. God is so good dear ones and that needs to be better known. Fear is ubiquitous among the saints and that should not be the case at all. We are children of the Most-High God and there is nothing bad in our God, our Heavenly Father. Everything ugly in the earth has its origins in our individual decisions. Those decisions that are contrary to the Word of God open the door to the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy and the destroyer (demons) are more than happy to accommodate. On the other hand, if we will think, speak, and do according to the Word of God there is nothing but abundance and safety.
Before moving into our Bible Study, I want to remind us all that Election Day is November 3rd, just a couple of weeks away. Please be registered to vote and prepared to vote, and vote according to the Holy Word of God. Take the time to find the Republican and Democrat Platforms and review them. If you still have a question as to how to vote you are either in deep deception or just plain ornery and crossways the Word of God. Please do not vote for the death of the unborn, the promotion of sexual perversion, and the destruction of justice in the land.
2 John 1:10-11 (KJV)
10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
Voting for a wicked agenda (Democrat Platform) makes one guilty of those evil deeds. How would one explain that on the day of judgment? Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary text in this study of “The Place of Safety”.
Psalm 23:1-6 (KJV)
1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
As we studied a few weeks ago, there is no safety in poverty however the wisdom of God and money provide a defense a level of natural safety. Never forget however that our focus is on the One who died for us all and not the natural things. When we are in the right place spiritually we will be in the right place naturally. The natural things will flow out of our spiritual focus.
Romans 8:6 (KJV)
6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Let us determine that we will not be carnally minded or focused but spiritually minded or focused. I can’t speak for you but life and peace sound way better to me than death. We choose! We are not preprogramed robots; God is not and has not made our choices, and He will not make our choices. By the way, the demons or the Devil cannot make our choices (saved or unsaved). We all have the authority to choose. Let us choose wisely, the way of salvation.
Jeremiah 7:23-24 (KJV)
23 But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you.
24 But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward.
Is verse twenty-three a reflection of your life, my life, or is verse twenty-four tell the story of our life? Did we choose the shepherd who brought us to green pastures and still waters or another? Perhaps we are being our own shepherd. How is that working? Let me assure you, not matter what it seems like right now, the end will be utter destruction if we are our own shepherd or the demons. Let us look briefly at verse three of the 23rd Psalm. He, the good Shepherd, Jesus, the Word, restores our soul. The Word of God is the only avenue to righteousness, to a restoration of thinking as God originally intended. The soul is the seat of our mind, will, and emotions. Let us seek night and day for them to be conformed to the Lord our Shepherd.

2 Chronicles 20:20b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
