TRADITIONS, LIES, and TRUTH – PART SEVEN
Saturday – March 2, 2019, Adar A 25, 5779

Greetings dear and precious brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus and welcome back to this illuminating study of the traditions and lies that have been injected into the Church leaving it powerless. When I refer to the Church never forget I am talking about you and me individually. If there is nothing going on in the corporate body on Sunday morning and nothing going on throughout the week in our individual lives, we are either not diligent with the Truth or have a corrupted gospel. Each of us must ask ourselves which one it is or could it be both. I wish there was some way I could sugar coat this to mean all those other people and not you or me. I will be picking up more or less where I left off last week in our discussion about prayer and decrees or commands, we utter led of the Spirit to accomplish the will of God in the earth. It is part of our mandate to do the things Jesus did and the greater things.
Most people are just fine with prayer, talking to God and asking, even begging God, to do this that or the other however, they recoil at the idea of giving God a command or placing a demand on the Covenant. This is all His idea not mine. If you are wondering why you are in the same place for years and decades you might give these teachings a look see. Today I will start the transition from praying which is vital to commanding. As you will see more and more plainly these are intimately intertwined. One thing I have not mentioned with regard to praying is the operating in our vital role as a priest in the earth standing between God and various persons as we are led of the Holy Spirit and Scripture. This is commonly referred to as being an intercessor. There are those who are called in this area and a large part of their prayer time and day is consumed with this God given gifting and who know how many of our lives were spared or other disasters thwarted that the enemy was about to bring into our lives due to these wonderful people. However, I would point out that the division between prayer and speaking the commands which our God performs is a thin line. It is a thin line for in the process of prayer, determining the will of God and recognizing the source of our authority and Power a command will be issued from our lips placing a demand on the Covenant. This might be for healing, protection, and so on. Brothers and sisters please, please, understand if we do not exercise our God given authority, issue the command, it will not get done. It will not get done! In the case of intercession, we may bind the work of the demons or lose the ministering spirits to intervene in a particular situation. Picking up with prayer let’s review from last week starting with the following Scripture.
Matthew 6:31-34 (KJV)
31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
I hope we can all see that we are NOT to just leave our needs, welfare to chance so to speak, it has to do with focus, priority setting. As we focus on the Kingdom, the Father is able to focus on our needs (Law of Reciprocity). Keep in mind we are not talking about bare necessities here we are talking about all that the Father has put in our heart and all that it takes to do our missions (assignments). This idea that God only takes care of our needs and then only intermittently is rubbish. That thinking and teaching is part of the poverty spirit (not of God) and goes hand in hand with doctrine of demons that suffering brings glory to God baloney. Dear brother and sister these things are worse than rubbish and baloney (I apologize if you like baloney meat) for it keeps the Church in defeat and is a horrible witness, and does not highlight the goodness of our God. Back to Matthew six, our first priority is to accomplish the will of the Father today, tomorrow, and for eternity. In the present time He will give us wisdom so that we not neglect our other obligations like to a job, marriage and so on. The will of God will never require us to neglect others however we may be required to temporarily leave or give something up in the course of an assignment.
Mark 10:29-30 (KJV)
29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s,
30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
The word left in verse twenty-nine has to do with leaving to do a mission and returning not forfeiting. These are very temporary sacrifices for the Kingdom of God. The Lord takes good care of His family, He has already suffered for us, that is not our Cross (mission or assignment) to bear. The preceding message is from the mouth of the Master! Now, do not get the impression that these things we need are going to just drop into our laps without us doing our part. One might ask, what is my part. It is always to obey the Lord, the will of God, and generally will come through commerce (Ecclesiastes 5:3). That is not to say that God will not facilitate gifts from others into our lives as part of the law of sowing and reaping but commonly it will be from proper stewardship of the things He brings into our hands (power). Remember Isaac sowed in a time of famine and reaped one hundred-fold and waxed (became) very rich (Genesis 26:12-14). Well, I didn’t get as far as expected. I will attempt to finish the “Lord’s Prayer” next week then move into commands for this is what makes the world go around.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it by faith in Jesus name!
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
