AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

AN ENSIGN TO THE NATIONS
Greetings dear and precious saints of the only Living God and welcome back to this empowering (if we choose) study of the beautiful Bible Book of Isaiah. This was not written only for an ancient and disobedient peoples but for Gods’ disobedient people of this generation. Most of us perhaps react with an indignant “I’m not disobedient!” Really? Are you, am I, possessing daily greater and greater portions of Canaan Land, the Promised Land, the wonderful promises of Scripture all paid for by the Son of God? Are we having days of Heaven upon the earth? God has done all He is ever going to do for us, it is a finished work that we partake of by faith, in love, doubting not, as led of the Holy Spirit. God has entered into rest (having made full provision forever for mankind) have we entered His rest with Him? Or, are we striving in our own strength to bring about what is impossible without Him? As we move forward, please take a moment to share these teachings as widely as possible. The beautiful featured picture today was graciously provided by our granddaughter in love (Heather) on a recent trip when they evacuated New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Ida.
The last few days as a preamble to our Isaiah study I have been talking about how what may seem like a small thing or may even be mistaken for the Truth is keeping us from victory. Many of the songs sung in our Churches are laced with phrases, ideas, words, that are not the Truth. If they are not the Truth then what are they? They are lies. When will we get serious about our walk with God? I mentioned how a certain song indicated we were waiting for God to bring us His Power. We sing things like come Holy Spirit like He is down the street or elsewhere. The Holy Spirit and Power is ever present with us and waiting upon our faith filled words spoken in love, free of doubt and led by Him. If we are looking for something to just happen apart from individuals or the decree of one or more individuals, we have a long wait. What have you been waiting for and you console yourself with the idea that it just isn’t Gods’ timing, we don’t understand it, but He is working all things for our good? Sound familiar? The little things (little foxes) are damaging the fruit. Consider the following Words of the Master.
Matthew 13:32 (KJV)
32 Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.
Jesus is speaking of a small thing, a mustard seed, little faith, which when grown gives (becomes great faith) nourishes many. What about the other side of the coin, unbelief, or a false belief? The fruit of unbelief or wrong beliefs brings the curse not only to ourselves but to those around us, our sphere of influence. When will we tire of the status quo which for most is a progressive path down into the curse? There is no such thing as being static, we are either on the way up or the way down. Now let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible text in Isaiah reading it aloud.
Isaiah 5:25-27 (KJV)
25 Therefore is the anger of the LORD kindled against his people, and he hath stretched forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them: and the hills did tremble, and their carcases were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.
26 And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth: and, behold, they shall come with speed swiftly:
27 None shall be weary nor stumble among them; none shall slumber nor sleep; neither shall the girdle of their loins be loosed, nor the latchet of their shoes be broken:
Thank you, Father, for sending, thank you Jesus for coming to be the ensign to the nations! The ensign, Jesus, arose in Israel and has beckoned to the whole world to come and they have come. The Father is speaking of a nation (the Church) to arise which will make Israel jealous. This coming people is the Church, more accurately, it is a remnant of the greater Church which arises to usher in the last great awaking, harvest of souls, and the coming of Christ (Catching Away). The Prophets Joel and Jeremiah (and others) saw this people of God.
Joel 2:2 (KJV)
2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.
Jeremiah 23:4 (KJV)
4 And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the LORD.
This people are awaking in the earth particularly in the United States for that is where the end time salvation of the World is arising as it has since 1776. Are you a part of this rising remnant?

20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
