FROM THE PROPHETS CHAMBER
DO ALL HIS COMMANDMENTS – PART TWELVE

Greetings dear and precious saints of God and welcome back to From the Prophets Chamber and the topic Do All His Commands. Please take a moment and share this teaching as widely as possible by every means available to you. Thank you for sharing. In the featured picture I am teaching at Faith Chapel in Pennington Texas. A precious group of people. Please be sure you are reading out loud.
This teaching is designed to hammer home the vital importance of obeying the commands of God, the Words of God and no other words. We are fully empowered to keep His commandments. We have the Word of God, we have His Holy Spirit within, we have the Five-Fold Ministers, and Christian friends. The whole of Scripture speaks of the absolute necessity of walking obedient to Scripture but somehow many of us are not. We claim to know this but our lives do not show the evidence of this obedience, the fruit of obedience. These fruit are spelled out in Deuteronomy 28, the first fourteen verses. Listen to Jesus.
John 14:21 (KJV)
21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
How is this verse different than the Deuteronomy chapter we are reading. Don’t struggle, it is no different. If you are confused by the words ‘loveth and love’ in this verse watch for my book Agapē. This is God level love which He expresses and is and we are to express and be as well. It has nothing to do with emotion. It is all about obedience to the Word, selflessness, and Blood Covenant. We are freewill creatures meaning we are free to exercise our will. The whole of Scripture reflects or shouts this, Truth! What have you chosen, what have I chosen? The answer to what we have chosen is evidenced in the life we now live. Believing any lie of the enemy (there are many propagated in the Church) no matter how sincere or passionate one may be it will bring evil consequences. I encourage you to get my book “Sacred Cows Among the Ekklesia”. Now, let’s jump into our primary Bible text once again for a few moments. Be sure you are reading out loud.
Deuteronomy 28:4-7 (KJV)
4 Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
5 Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.
6 Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.
7 The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.
The Blessing is the empowerment, the Anointing, to prosper in every area of this life. We are to be a showcase for the goodness of our God, our Father, that draws people to salvation. We are not to just have a religious brand of what the world is experiencing. Some may think as they read down through this and other Scripture that it is pie in the sky, it is just no possible for they don’t have it and don’t see it in the Christians around them. Perhaps it seems that the heathen have the best houses in town, the best cars, and have the best of vacations. Why is that? It is right in our primary Bible text and in John 14 text above. Reflect especially on verse nine of the following passage.
Matthew 6:9-10 (KJV)
9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Do you suppose that we can bring the Kingdom of God into the earth, the will of God, just as in Heaven? Of course, we can or Jesus is misleading us. I’m going with, of course we can. How much poverty, sickness, and brokenness of any kind is in Heaven? On might say: “well we just can’t escape it, that’s the way it is in the earth, in this life!” Who said that? Not the Lord. As we close for today take a brief look at verse five of our text.
Deuteronomy 28:5 (KJV)
5 Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.
We are to always have ample food for ourselves and others as the Lord leads us. Neither I nor the Lord are talking about the cheap stuff either. We are to be good stewards of our God given resources but don’t be hunting bargains, get what you want.
Lord willing, I will pick up right here next week.

2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. (Bold added)
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 (KJV)
13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. (Bold added)
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
PRAYERS AND QUESTIONS – please contact us and we will respond. Our goal is to build a solid foundation upon which children of God can become sons of God, stand and do exploits in Jesus’ name.
PARTNERSHIP AND GIVING – Those of you who are not Partners of this Ministry and you find this ministry to be of value to you and perhaps others with whom you share it, we ask you to consider becoming Partners.
