FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT – FAITH – PART NINE
Greetings precious saints of God, brothers and sisters in Christ and welcome back to Friday Nuggets. I am currently dealing with the Fruit of our spirit. For several weeks I have been dealing with the fruit of faith and today is part nine of that series. Please take a moment and share this teaching as widely as possible by every means at your disposal. Thank you so much for sharing, you are important to us but more importantly to the Kingdom of God. Now let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible text for this study and continue to read out loud.
Galatians 5:22-23 (KJV)
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Last week I made the point that we received a measure of all of the fruits not just faith. In the following Scripture every person has the same potential for growing up into the fullness of the stature of Christ by the exercise of the fruits (works).
Romans 12:3 (KJV)
3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Now let’s turn our attention to the Gospel of Mark and the Words of the Master concerning faith. Faith must be exercised, will involve action (works) on our part, and spiritual warfare. Now the Word of the Master.
Mark 11:22-26 (KJV)
22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
We must have faith in God. As we know and will soon see again that faith must be unwavering, free of doubt, and the only option for our life, period. Next, we see that we must speak. Jesus says to speak to the mountain, not to Him, not to the Father, and not to the Holy Spirit. For example, healing, healing is all paid for, it is ours and Scripture declares our healing as past tense.
1 Peter 2:24 (KJV)
24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
All too many people are not healed because they are begging God to heal them and they are not talking to the oppression of the devil (arthritis, cancer, etc.) in Jesus’ name.

13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
