SEVEN MOUNTAINS OR PILLARS – PART NINETEEN

STEP UP AS SONS OF GOD

Greetings dear saints, sons of God and all others joining. Welcome to the final teaching of this enlightening and inspiring study of the Seven Mountains also referred to as pillars, gates or spheres of influence. As of yesterday, I have discussed all seven. This is the 19^th teaching on this topic. Nineteen is the Bible number for faith, today is the 17^th the Bible number for victory. Are you ready to step into the victory obtained at Calvary and beyond by Christ Jesus? As a reminder these are the seven.

1. Religion
2. Media and information technology
3. Education
4. Business and finance
5. Government  
6. Arts, Entertainment, and Sports Mountain
7. Family  

All of these mountains are very seriously corrupted. It is my hope that these teachings, in fact all of the teachings from this Ministry will shock the sleeping into wakefulness and action.

Again, let me remind all of us that we are in full-time Ministry whether we are assigned by God to the Religion Mountain or not.

Ephesians 4:11-12 (KJV)

11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Full-time Ministry is generally regarded as being a Minister in the Religion Mountain but that is a gross misunderstanding of who you are at salvation. Before salvation we were in full-time ministry for the kingdom of darkness, now the Kingdom of Light. Once again let’s look at the wonderful Book of Deuteronomy and see what our position are on the earth in our full submission to God.

Deuteronomy 28:1-2 (KJV)

1 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:

2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.

Did you pick up on the qualifiers for being set on high above all and for the blessings of God to come on us? Sounds like the next verse don’t you think?

Deuteronomy 28:13 (KJV)

13 And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:

Jesus said this.

John 14:15 (KJV)

15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

I know, you shouted “oh yes Dr. Wood I love the Lord!” Show me the fruit. Many have a worldly emotional “love” of God but not an agapē (love) of God. Agapē (love) of the Lord is obedience to all Scripture, a selfless lifestyle, and walking in Blood Covenant with the Father meaning you see things, react to things, and do things the same way He does. Let’s pick up our stewardship mantle given us of God and backed by God leaven (transform) our culture, all seven mountains back to righteousness.

Genesis 2:15-17 (KJV)

15 And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

We are assigned to take care of what is in our hand and guard what is in our hand (verse 15). And we are not to mix good and evil, compromise with evil, with the world is not in our ways. I hope that you have benefited from these teachings and somehow it will positively impact your walk with the Lord.

TAKE HOME:

1. All Seven Mountains are seriously corrupted, repentance by the Church is required, a return to the Truth, and stepping up as sons of God.
2. Do you really love the Lord or just think you do?
3. We have a stewardship responsibility to care for what is in our hand, to guard what is in our hand and not compromise.

As the Lord wills, I will return tomorrow with fresh revelation. The Lord bless and keep you and yours.  Remember, we love you, the Lord loves you, and there is nothing you can do about either one.
