A WELL OF TRUTH
THE DILUTION OF TRUTH – PART TWO
Greetings dear and precious followers, friends, and partners of The Three Minute Word blog and this Ministry, Eastern Gate Ministries International, Inc. Today’s teaching is a continuation of what I started yesterday in the “From the Prophets Chamber” teaching. You have probably noticed I am not much of an ear tickler or one to coddle but one speaking the Truth, there is no greater love. I need to be as plain as possible; your future depends upon it if you are receiving of this Ministry and so does my future depend upon it. I am not talking about the public accolades but the eternal rewards at the BEMA of Christ.
James 3:1 (CJB)
1 Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, since you know that we will be judged more severely.
There are now those receiving great accolades in this world but will suffer great loss at the Judgment Seat of Christ (BEMA).
1 Corinthians 3:12-15 (KJV)
12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;
13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.
14 If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
There is no place for laziness in the Kingdom of God, no place for a “oh that’s good enough attitude” in the Kingdom of God. There is a great place for gentleness and encouragement but zero place for the compromise of the Truth. As we are moving forward, please take a moment and share this teaching by every means available to you. By doing this you are taking this Truth, this gospel of the Kingdom, to places perhaps we are not and cannot currently reach. Thank you to those who shared. Don’t forget we are always receiving financial partners to this Ministry, they are vital, we are on the alert 24/7 to opportunities to intervene in people’s lives and that requires resources. A great big thank you goes out to those who are giving generously into this Ministry and become with us the Hands of God in the earth. Now, let’s prepare to move into our study, continuing to read out loud building faith which pleases God.
2 Timothy 2:14-16 (KJV)
14 Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.
15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (Bold added)
16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
The above Scripture and many others do not suggest that we study the Word of God, but command us to study the Word of God. In addition, it is commanded that we rightly divide the Word of God. Brothers and sisters in Christ, this is a high calling but we are well equipped if you are born again and baptized in the Holy Spirit.
Bible Truth (capital T – there is no other capital T Truth) is hiding nothing and is true for all peoples at all times, period. In and out of the Church there are many things which are true (small t) and many things that are facts but they are not the Truth. They are partial and do not apply to all people at all times. We often hear it said that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Examine the verse from which this saying comes.
Romans 8:1 (KJV)
1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Is the saying above what this verse is telling us? Is it even the full verse? The answers are “no” and “no”. The word condemnation is not talking about going to Hell but having a judgment against. So, the verse tells us that if we are in Christ Jesus, born again, but we are walking after the flesh there will be judgments against us. That is to say the door is opened to the enemy and he receives permission to come in (by the Lord) to steal, kill, and destroy. Anything short of this would be unjust. On the other hand, if we are walking after the Spirit there will be no judgments against us and no entry for the demons to steal, kill, and destroy in our lives. The partial statement which tickles everyone’s ears sounds good in the midst of a mess but it is a lie (dilution of the Truth).
Wow, this is taking longer than I suspected, oh well, it is vital to our spiritual health, our victory. Lord willing, I will pick up with this next Saturday in “From the Prophets Chamber”.
2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
