FROM THE PROPHETS CHAMBER – WEEK TWENTY-TWO
IS GOD MOVING?
Greetings dear and precious saints of God and welcome back to our Saturday publication From the Prophets Chamber. I have been on a brief writing hiatus while Donna and I made the move to San Antonio, Texas. Everything has gone very well and we are excited about this new and fresh chapter in our lives. God has wonderful plans for us just as He does for each one of you as you follow hard after Him.
Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT)
11 For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
Please take a moment and share this teaching as widely as possible to expand the reach of this Ministry with the Truth. God is so good and nothing but good dear ones. If what is in your life is not good, it is not God, pure and simple. God is not in the business of putting bad things in any part of our lives. There is one person and one person alone that is responsible for the bad things in our lives and that is we ourselves. We open or close the door of our lives to God and the devil. What have we been choosing?
A few days ago, I was sitting in a Mexican Restaurant having breakfast tacos and fellowshipping with a good friend. He made a very interesting comment which God quickened to me the next morning in a time of fellowship with the Lord. We were talking about God moving in the Church, specifically in a Church service. He said something along the lines that during a Church service many look about the meeting place. If we don’t see anything happening, we may conclude that God is not moving when He is in fact moving mightily. Particularly in Pentecostal circles we want to see some hollering, some clapping, perhaps running about the Church, falling out in the Spirit, tongues with interpretation and prophecy. When we see these things, we say it was a good service and God moved mightily and when we don’t see these things, we say the service was dead. Are these thoughts the Truth? No, this is not the Truth. Many like the flashy and loud. Perhaps you have heard it said: “I don’t care how loud you shout, how fast you run, or how high you jump so long as you walk straight on Monday morning”. This is referring to a Godly life for all to see when the hype is over.
Many of us have heard the statement that the greatest miracle is when a person is saved and their dead soul is raised from the dead. I don’t know that the salvation of a person is the devils worst fear. I believe his worst fear is a changed heart, a changed mind, this translates into faith. Faith changes the individual, changes their finances and health, changes their sphere of influence, and enlarges the Kingdom of God. This is the devils worst fear. It is my great pleasure to enhance his fear. When we look around and it seems there is nothing happening in the natural there may be life trajectory changing things happening in the spirit man, the soul, the mind of people.
Romans 12:2 (KJV)
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
I am in no way criticizing a move of God the proceeds from a pure heart led of the Holy Spirit, even emotional outbursts that reflect the thankfulness of a person’s heart to God. However, all to often what we see is pure flesh, emotion, or pep rally type behaviors that are not pleasing to God. I think we all want to see the visibly miraculous. We want to see the deaf ears unstopped, the blind to see, the infirm to leap, cancer vanish, the maimed made whole, and the dead to rise. A changed heart although not immediately observable will be shortly and will lead to the individual doing the works Jesus did and the greater works. A changed heart is the devil’s nightmare, let’s give him nightmares day and night dear ones! Consider the following Prophetic Word the Lord gave me last October.

This is a Word for the Church – “If you chose to change your heart – if your heart is changed – I will drive out your enemies before you like fear and unbelief. I will drive them out just like I did for the Israelites when they entered the Promised Land, I drove them out and they eventually occupied the land. I will drive them out before you – little by little and you will have what is promised. Just as a building, a great edifice, is built one brick at a time, this is how this is being built. One change of the heart at a time, one brick at a time, and when it is done, and it won’t take long. When it is done, the timing is up to you, the timing is up to you not up to me, I’m ready, the timing is up to you, the timing is up to you. If you will seek my face, you’ll see changes, you’ll be stronger in the things you desire and the things you desire in your heart will manifest. But you’re not ready today but they will manifest and they will be spectacular, they will be spectacular”, saith the Lord.
Lord willing, I will have another fresh Word from the Throne next week.

20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
