GIFTS – PART FIFTEEN
Friday – January 31, 2020, Sh’vat 5, 5780

Greetings wonderful and precious saints of God and welcome back to this illuminating and empowering Bible Study if we choose to be empowered. The primary purpose of our empowerment is to please our Heavenly Father, and be obedient to His will in our lives. This will impact the Kingdom of God, others around us, and He will see to it we are blessed in the process. Our focus however is not us but Him and others. Will we receive, believe, embrace, and implement the light we see or will we reject it or be slack with the light our Heavenly Father brings to us? Being slack is laziness, and rebellion against God and brings or allows stealing, killing, and destroying into our lives. The yoke and burden of the Lord are easy and light why do we fight against it so?
Matthew 11:30 (KJV)
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
If you are reading this on Facebook please take a moment to hit the “love” and “share” buttons. Just do it, there is no incognito place of victory in the Kingdom of God. Jesus said that if we did not confess Him before men (or women) He would not confess us before the Father. I don’t want any of that noise! As you will recall this (now) Friday series is dealing with the many wonderful gifts we can enjoy from God starting with the foundational gift of salvation.
Romans 6:23 (KJV)
23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
I have been building, illuminating, the legal path established for the coming of a Messiah, Christ Jesus our Lord. There is a myth in the Church that God just does as He pleases whenever He pleases and nothing could be further from the Truth. God will not violate the authority or freewill of man and the devil cannot. Sin came into the world, into all mankind, by a previously sinless man, Adam, and would be removed and the curse with it by the sacrifice of a sinless man, the last Adam, Jesus. Evil personified was present in the earth in the person of the Serpent. Remember, love cannot be tested and found true without the option of an alternative. The alternative to God was the Serpent. The alternative to the Word of God were the words of the Serpent, a doctrine of devils. From a distance it looks like a no brainer but people, saint and sinner alike, are choosing the evil alternative every day. It seems that the Church is walking more in the traditions of men and the doctrine of devils than the Truth, the Word of God. There is a remnant (Anointed saints of God) and they are about to burst into view and take America and the world by storm (a wonderful gentle but powerful storm).
You have probably read the Scripture that Abraham is the father of us all.
Romans 4:16 (KJV)
16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,
Why is he the father of us all? He did have to exercise faith (believe God and act upon the Word) and we need to exercise no lesser level of faith. Remember that Abraham was not born again therefore the fruits of the spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) was not active. We have supernatural levels of faith, the God kind of faith. He is the father of us all because he did believe God and the child of promise, Isaac, came paving the way for The Child of Promise, the Messiah, Jesus (Jehovah saved). With Adam there was one group of people in the earth, God’s people. With sin there were two groups, further defined with the advent of the Jews, the heathen and God’s people. However, with sin no one had eternal life but the promise of eternal life could be seen in the distance with the sacrifice of innocent animals. As we are reading and studying through Genesis chapter twenty-two, we see the critical events that put in place the legal mechanism, the Blood Covenant obligations on both parties for the advent of the Messiah. Now let’s pick up with the critical messages of Genesis Chapter twenty-two as Abraham and Isaac ascend Mount Moriah.
Genesis 22:7-10 (KJV)
7 And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?
8 And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.
9 And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood.
10 And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.
In verse seven above, seven is the number of spiritual completion or perfection, we find Isaac asking about the whereabouts of the lamb for burnt offering. Because of what is happening and more importantly what is about to happen, The Lamb of God, will come into the earth. The Lamb is still in Heaven and not yet flesh. Notice in verse eight that Abraham responds that God will provide a lamb all the while knowing that they are there to sacrifice Isaac. Did he lie? It seems to me that these Old Testament saints are both operating at a level of faith, a trust of God, a love of God, far above any other love that should make us New Testament saints desirous of the same. Notice exactly what Abraham says. He says that God will provide Himself a lamb, or we might say that God will provide a lamb for Himself. Abraham is looking forward to the Cross (John 8:56) and rejoiced in The Lamb of God knowing that if he was required to kill Isaac that God would raise him up from the dead just like He will The Lamb of God (Hebrews 11:17-19). Lord willing, I will pick up right here next Friday.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
