AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

THE BLOOD OF INNOCENT VICTIMS
Greetings to the holy and sanctified children, and the sons of God who follow this blog. Welcome back to this exploration and uncovering (revelation) of the Book of Isaiah. What a wonderful Book, what a wonderful and powerful study of God’s Word, as pertinent for us today as it was for Gods’ people in the days of Isaiah. Todays featured picture of Donna and me was taken on our two-year anniversary on Mount Batte in Camden Maine. Please take a moment and share these teachings as widely as possible in order to expand the reach of this Ministry.
For a little bit today, I am going to revisit the idea that there are no real vacuums. When I came to understand the following verse it opened, made available tremendous revelation.
Romans 1:20 (CJB)
20 For ever since the creation of the universe his invisible qualities — both his eternal power and his divine nature — have been clearly seen, because they can be understood from what he has made. Therefore, they have no excuse;
The long and short of it is that spiritual Truths can be known from looking at the natural world. No one will stand before the Lord at the White Throne Judgment and be able to say, I didn’t know. So, there are no true vacuums in the natural so we can deduce there are no real vacuums in the spiritual. Recently, I was listening to a sermon and the pastor was giving some statistics. I do not recall the exact topic but it had to do with an increase of unrighteousness and a decrease of righteousness. The Lord immediately prompted me that there is no such thing as a vacuum. In order for darkness to increase, light must decrease. People talk about the presence of a vacuum which is defined as a space with nothing in it. I might add nothing we have been able to measure to this point. Keep in mind that matter and energy are equivalents so the absence of matter does not mean there is an absence of energy. In order for spiritual darkness to advance, spiritual light must have retreated. The space created by the retreat of light is filled immediately with darkness.
I am told that when young adults raised in Christian homes, who are born again, go to University or College only 4% leave with a Christian world view. This is a terrible witness to the training in the home and in the Church house. This abdication of far superior authority and Power by the Church leads to the situation of our text and stern Words from Heaven. Now let’s read our primary Bible text aloud, yes, out loud. Faith comes by hearing not by seeing.
Isaiah 1:13-15 (KJV)
13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.
14 Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them.
15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.
The Lord our God is lamenting that His people are just going through the motions with their religious activities all the while in rebellion, and focused elsewhere. You can hear Him say, until you get serious just quit all this religious activity it is an abomination (outrage) to me. Notice in Isaiah 1:13 the Lord calls all of this religious activity iniquity (evil). Listen to the following verses.
Isaiah 29:13 (KJV)
13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:
Matthew 15:7-9 (ESV)
7 You hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy of you, when he said:
8 “‘This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me;
9 in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’”
With God it is always a heart issue, what is going on in our hearts not our outward shows. Remember this Truth.
Proverbs 23:7 (KJV)
7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.
Now back to Isaiah 1:15 and God saying; “your hands are full of blood”, another translation says innocent blood. As a result, God says I will not hear your prayers. What about all the innocent blood shed in America, now over sixty million unborn innocent children? Does the Church need to repent of this carnage?
Lord willing, I will pick up right here next week.
2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
