AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

THE PLACE OF SAFETY – PART ELEVEN
Greeting dear and precious saints and welcome back to this Saturday teaching series titled “The Place of Safety”. Please take a moment and share this teaching as widely as possible. Our God, the only Living God, is nothing but good, however, the god of this world is nothing but bad. Our God is one of abundance and the god of this world comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. Seems like the densest among us could see this is a very easy choice but as we are all aware it is not that clear. It is so very aggravating how easily we can be induced to wrong thoughts, words, and even actions. We must be ever diligent concerning the wiles of the devils. The Serpent deceived Eve so let us not get puffed up thinking we are above his deceptions. If any one of us is thinking we cannot be deceived we are already deceived and walking in pride. The outcome of deception is sin and no fruit bearing. Pride is sin and God Himself resists the proud. I think we can readily see this is to be avoided. On the day that Jesus surrendered Himself to the Cross this was His admonition to His disciples.
Matthew 26:41 (KJV)
41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
Dear ones we all must be constantly watching for and resisting the wiles of the devils being careful to follow after the Spirit of God and not the flesh. Our flesh is not just referring to our physical body but it is referring to our carnal man or the unrenewed mind. We must be constantly building up our faith, renewing our mind to the thoughts, the words, and the ways of God. These things must totally displace the thoughts, words, and ways of the world.
Romans 12:2 (KJV)
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Yes, I am still talking about “The Place of Safety”! The only real place of safety spiritually and physically is immersed in the Anointed Word of God, thinking it, talking it, and doing it! We must see ourselves in the Word of God and see it being performed in our lives without exception. We must be continually building ourselves up in our faith.
Jude 1:20-25 (KJV)
20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:
23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.
Notice the central importance of being filled with the Holy Spirit and praying in our “prayer language” is to bring about the perfect will of God. If you are not filled with the Holy Spirit, ask our Heavenly Father and receive today, so that you too can pray the perfect will of God.
Romans 8:26-27 (KJV)
26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
Our faith is central to our safety. Whatever is not of faith is sin and it is impossible to please God without faith.
Romans 14:23 (KJV)
23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin. (Bold added)
Hebrews 11:6 (KJV)
6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. (Bold added)
Next Saturday Lord willing I again will pick up with this discussion of faith as it is essential to our safety. I will talk about Mark 11:22-25 and other Scriptures concerning the exercise of faith. Remember, faith without works is dead (James 2:17).
2 Chronicles 20:20b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
