ONE DOOR, ONE NAME, HAVE YOU CHOSEN THAT NAME

Welcome dear ones to Awake, Arise, and Triumph Ministries and our ongoing study of “The Salvation Package”. The purpose of this series of teachings is to direct our attention to the Truth that salvation has many benefits. It is not just a change of our destiny from Hell to Heaven. Of course, having citizenship in Heaven, in the Kingdom of God, is huge. Just as there was one door to the Tabernacle in the wilderness so is there one door to Heaven and the many benefits of salvation. That door is Christ Jesus, there is no other name.
John 10:7 (KJV)
7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
He is the Door, and we are the sheep.
Acts 4:12 (KJV)
12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Jesus is the only name that can be called upon that brings salvation from bondage and the kingdom of darkness to freedom and the Kingdom of Light. In the preceding teachings I have been stressing that when a person is saved, born again, born from above, it is like entering a very large home with one door and countless rooms. At salvation, the moment of declaring Jesus as Lord and Savior and believing in our heart that the Father raised Him from the dead we are in the foyer of that home. We have yet to partake of any other benefits of salvation, but this alone is a move second to none.
Let me make something very clear. God has not determined aforetime who is going to Heaven and who is going to Hell. That decision is ours and ours alone. Love, Godly love, cannot exist without self-determination, self-will, free will. Listen to the Words of the Master.
John 3:17-19 (KJV)
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
You see, each person decides on salvation or condemnation not God, not the devils, and not other people, we ourselves. Since that awful day in the Garden of Eden man has needed rescue from Hell, eternal damnation. Since all people from that day were under the curse abiding in death of every type, God Himself had to be our Savior. He had to do it as a man. Here comes Jesus in the likeness of man having laid aside His attributes as God. He came, grew, learned, passed Adams test, walked by faith in love, and never sinned. A sinless man sinned so a sinless man was the only one able to redeem mankind. You and I dear ones who have believed on the name of Jesus are the redeemed.
TAKE HOME:
- We are through the front gate of the Kingdom of God, the first step or first and essential item of the salvation package is ours, rescue from darkness to light, from Hell to Heaven.
- There is only one door to the Kingdom of God, there is only one name on which to call on for salvation from condemnation to absolution of all sin, all unrighteousness.
- Remember, you and I alone determine our final destination and we and we alone determine if we will walk the path God has prepared for us and partake of all that is contained in the salvation package.
