TRADITIONS, LIES, and TRUTH – PART TEN
Saturday – March 23, 2019, Adar B 16, 5779

Greetings partners and friends and welcome back to this powerful, illuminating, and freeing study concerning our part in bringing the will of God into the earth. Since the creation of man, God does nothing in the earth without a man (or woman) first declaring it. Are we giving God orders? Yes, and at His request I might add! Please meditate on the following verses written by four, not two, not three, but four different witnesses concerning the will of God in this area. This all started in the Garden of Eden!
Job 22:27-28 (KJV)
27 Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.
28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
Psalm 8:6 (KJV)
6 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:
Isaiah 45:11 (KJV)
11 Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.
1 Corinthians 2:16 (KJV)
16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
The Job reference gives us a look at prayer, where you determine the will of God not just in general but for right now and the command that we are to decree (command) a thing, and the Word of God (light) shows us the way. Who establishes the thing? The Power of God! The Psalm reference reaffirms the authority of man (the one who gives the command at the direction of God) which directs the works of His Hand which is the Holy Spirit. The Isaiah verse tells us to command Him. The One who is listening for our commands, we exercise our God delegated authority (dominion) and it is the Holy Spirit who is here referred to as His Hand. Finally, in 1 Corinthians 2:61 we are told that because we have the mind of Christ, we can give Him instruction. In this particular context we are not talking about Jesus but Christ, the Anointing, or Holy Spirit. Perhaps I will give everyone a little time to settle down and have their favorite theologian, tradition, or doctrine of demons give an explanation different from what we plainly read in these Scriptures above.
I believe I mentioned earlier in these teachings that Jesus never at any time in the gospels is witnessed asking the Father to do anything. He speaks directly to the person, a symptom, the disease, death, the storm, or just gives an instruction like with the water to wine. At the same time, He makes it clear that He only said what the Father said, only did what He saw the Father do, and it was the Father who did the works.
What has to be present for all of this to work or I might ask, what moves the Hand of God (Holy Spirit)? Before, we dive into this yet again let’s take a little side trip. Knowing the will of God by itself will not move the Hand of God. For example, it is the will of God that all of His children be exceedingly rich, and that all His children have excellent health yet we do not observe that, not even close (that is why this Saturday series on “Traditions, Lies, and Truth”).
In the ministry of Jesus there were times when the Scripture records that they all were healed and times they were not like in Nazareth. What made the difference? No, God was not playing some kind of sadistic Russian Roulette! What do we hear over and over in the gospels when there was a healing? It was very common that Jesus remarked that their faith had made them whole or brought about the healing. One more point, in the past there was a “name it and claim it” movement which hurt many people and brought much reproach on the Church especially the Pentecostals. They were on the right track in many ways but had incomplete understanding and therefore much failure which brings reproach from both the world and other Christians. The term Christ Jesus means the Anointed Jesus and Jesus means Jehovah saved or saves. Jesus had the Anointing, the Holy Spirit, and when faith and the Anointing were present together supernatural events of all sorts occurred. The Hand of God was moved by a command from an Anointed man. The Anointing can also flow independent of a command for example in the healing of the woman with the issue of Blood. The Anointing and faith must be present together.
Now, we also are Anointed of the Holy Spirit men and women if we are filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. That is why we can do the things Jesus did and we can do the greater things because the Cross eliminated legal restrictions on God. Yes, there are legal restrictions on God, for example, He will not violate our freewill. I will now recap. We must know the will of God specifically for now concerning other people for if they don’t have faith we can command until the cows come home and they will not be healed and we bring reproach upon ourselves and God. People have to hear the Word of God, that is how faith comes, they can then see the hope such as healing, then they must take the corresponding action. Corresponding action may be getting into a prayer line or speaking the Word of God to themselves in the name of Jesus.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it by faith in Jesus name!
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
