AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

BELIEVERS MINISTRY – PART NINE
THE UPSIDE-DOWN CHURCH
Greetings dear and precious saints of God and welcome back to “From the Prophets Chamber”. This is the ninth week I am teaching on the Believers Ministry, The Upside-Down Church. As you will recall from prior teachings, we, the Church, have absolute authority in the earth and the Power to back up the authority. We are the Church, the Ekklesia, which in the Greek government was a body with authority to carry out the will of a higher body. Sound familiar? Before moving forward please take a moment and share this teaching as widely as possible expanding the reach of this Ministry beyond its current bounds. Are you reading out loud? Now, let’s plunge into a few of the Scriptures which illuminate the Ministry of the Believer. The following is our primary Bible (Scriptural) text.
John 14:12 (KJV)
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
The authority and the Power to establish, and expand the Kingdom of God resides with the believer. It is the assignment of all believers not just a few leaders or superstars. We established that before sin Adam and all who were to follow had authority or dominion over all the earth and everything upon the earth. They were also given the Blessing to empower them for this assignment of making the whole earth as the Garden of Eden. Disastrously Adam and Eve believed another gospel, bowed their knee to another god, surrendering or giving the demons, Satan himself, access to our authority through deception. During the time we call the Old Testament the Holy Spirit was not available to all persons, salvation was not available, however, God was legally able to raise up leaders (superstars) for those who would follow. However, Jesus changed all that and restored all that was lost and more. Once again, all peoples had authority and the Blessing, the Power operating in and through them to rule in the earth. The need for leaders remained and we studied that in Ephesians chapter four. The purpose of these leaders, the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher are to train other believers for the work of ministry. That is to do the works Jesus did and the greater works. Now, all believers are to do the Ministry of Jesus and the greater works not just a few leaders or superstars. Unfortunately, we, the Church, have retained and worshiped the Old Testament model and not Gods’ original and present or New Testament intent. Now, let’s shift gears just a tad and reexamine and hopefully further consolidate our faith in our absolute authority in the earth. This is vital to individual victory and to the advancement of the Kingdom.
Ephesians 1:18-23 (KJV)
18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,
23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
In this passage the Apostle Paul is addressing this issue in a prayer for the folks at Ephesus and all saints, even us. He and God want us to know that we are called into all authority and have all Power residing in and with us. When someone says they want us to have their Anointing we must honor their heart but we would likely be compromising for a lesser position than we already have which is invested with all authority and Power. There is no greater authority (we have the same as Jesus as the Father) and there is no greater Power than that of the Holy Spirit. The same Power that was exerted to restore Jesus is the same Power that works in and through us. Everyone saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit. Remember we are seated with and in Christ (Ephesians 2:6) at the Right Hand of the Father. Notice that we are far above all spiritual beings holy or fallen. The feet are in the body and these devils and even holy angels are subject to us, to our authority in Christ Jesus. Are we starting to get this? Are we building our faith in these Truths?
