REPENT AND BE CONVERTED FOR A TIME OF REFRESHING

Welcome to Awake, Arise, and Triumph Ministries and our continuing reflection upon the question; What Should The Church Look Like? This study has been persistent in my thoughts for several months right along with questions about the feminization of the Church. I have already published my thoughts, Scripture thoughts, on the feminization of the Church. That study was published on the 5th of January 2025 under the title “The Seed of Satan is Flourishing in the Church”. As I talked to the Lord about this question of what the Church should look like, His response was, like The Tabernacle in the wilderness. This is a multipart study, so let’s dive in.
We left off yesterday with the thought, the reality that Jesus is our Jubilee. All that the Kingdom of God affords is again ours. Let me present a reminder that behind every physical manifestation there is a spiritual cause or root. We have access to and can bring every promise of God into this physical realm. We now have legal access to the Father in Heaven and Heaven itself. We are now the children of God, joint heirs with Christ, in Christ. The sacrifice of Calvary, the victory in Hell, the freeing of the captives (Old Testament saints) from the Bosom of Abraham, and the Resurrection has and is restoring all things. Restoring all things to the original intent of the Father.
Acts 3:19-21 (KJV)
19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
The full restoration does not occur until all of the corruption, all of the curse brought by Adam into this creation is dealt with, and God creates a new heavens and a new earth. All is in place since the Cross and Resurrection for full restoration. Fifty also foretells the coming of the Holy Spirit.
There is only one gate to enter the Tabernacle located on the east end of the enclosure. There is one door to Heaven, to the Father and that is Jesus.
John 10:7 (KJV)
7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
Jesus is “the door” not a door and we are the sheep of His pasture.
John 14:6 (KJV)
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Again, we see that Jesus is the way, the only way to the Father, to the one and only true living God.
The gate has two doors each of ten cubits for a total of twenty cubits. Ten is the number for law and responsibility. We must choose to enter this gate; it is our responsibility. When we choose to enter this gate, it is His responsibility to give us salvation. Two is the number of Jesus, and the number of union, union with Him.
John 14:19-21 (KJV)
19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
TAKE HOME:
- The Tabernacle had one door, we have one door to the Kingdom of God and that is Jesus.
- Since the Cross all that was needed is in place for the full restoration of all things.
- Jesus is not only the door to all salvation affords but His blood is the life. Life, eternal life, is in the blood.
Lord willing, I will resume right here tomorrow. Remember, we love you, the Lord loves you, and there is nothing you can do about either one.
