FROM THE PROPHETS CHAMBER
DO ALL HIS COMMANDMENTS – PART THIRTEEN

Greetings dear and precious saints of God and welcome back to From the Prophets Chamber and the topic Do All His Commands. Please take a moment and share this teaching as widely as possible by every means available to you. Thank you for sharing. In the featured picture I am teaching at Faith Chapel in Pennington Texas. A precious group of people. Please be sure you are reading out loud.
This teaching is designed to hammer home the vital importance of obeying the commands of God, the Words of God and no other words. Of course, it must be done in faith, and in love. We are fully empowered to keep His commandments. We have the Word of God, we have His Holy Spirit within, we have the Five-Fold Ministers, and Christian friends. The whole of Scripture speaks of the absolute necessity of walking obedient to Scripture but somehow many of us are not. We claim to know this but our lives do not show the evidence of this obedience, the fruit of obedience. These fruit are spelled out in Deuteronomy 28, the first fourteen verses. Listen to Jesus.
John 14:21 (KJV)
21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
How is this verse different than the Deuteronomy chapter we are reading. Don’t struggle with the answer, it is no different. If you are confused by the words ‘loveth and love’ in this verse watch for my book Agapē. This is God level love which He expresses and is and we are to express and be as well. It has nothing to do with emotion. It is all about obedience to the Word, selflessness, and Blood Covenant. We are freewill creatures meaning we are free to exercise our will. The whole of Scripture reflects or shouts this, Truth! What have you chosen, what have I chosen? The answer to what we have chosen is evidenced in the life we now live. Believing any lie of the enemy (there are many propagated in the Church) no matter how sincere or passionate one may be believing it to be the Truth, it will only bring evil consequences. I encourage you to get my book “Sacred Cows Among the Ekklesia”. Now, let’s jump into our primary Bible text once again for a few moments. Be sure you are reading out loud.
Deuteronomy 28:4-7 (KJV)
4 Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
5 Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.
6 Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.
7 The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.
Last week I left off with verse five which tells us that we can prosper abundantly in our food supply. We are to have the very best of whatever it is we enjoy. Lest I be a part of perpetrating a lie that is common in the Church let me remind you and me that we have a very important role in any and all prosperity we enjoy. All too often the preaching or teaching makes it sound like it is just going to drop on us. It is not. We will have a role but that role will not be hard.
Matthew 11:28-30 (KJV)
28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
The Lord is saying: those of you laboring, toil and sweat, in the earth cursed system come into my system. My system is easy and it is light. His system is the Kingdom of God system, the Blessing system. If what we are doing is not easy and light it is not God, period. We are doing it in our own strength, perhaps not even the will or plan of God in our life. All too often we chose what we want to do be it where we live, where we work, where we go to Church, and so on and then ask the Lord to bless it. If you haven’t already guessed, guess what, He is not going to bless it. Verse six basically says it does not matter where we are as we walk in obedience, submission to the plan of God we have the Anointing for prosperity.
Lord willing, I will pick up right here next Saturday.
