FROM THE PROPHETS CHAMBER – WEEK FORTY- EIGHT
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Greetings dear ones and welcome to the Prophets Chamber. The New Year is upon us. As we prepare to dive into what the Lord has for us today, please take a moment and share these teachings as widely as possible. Now, a question. Are we prepared as the people of God with superior authority in the earth to take a more active role in restraining evil and loosing the Blessing? Is evil seemingly predominating and getting worse and worse due to the will, the plan of God? Very commonly I hear the refrain that “I don’t understand what God is doing or why this is happening but God is in control”. Is any of that true? If it is bad, God is not doing it, period. And, God is not in control of the details of our lives or the vast majority of what is ongoing in the earth. God created us as freewill peoples with absolute authority over ourselves and the spiritual and natural forces around us. Not understanding is the result of not studying and receiving the Truth. Instead, one has studied to fit things into a preconceived paradigm or are just receiving information without proof of what is being said around them by at least two witnesses (Deuteronomy 19:15).
Acts 17:11 (KJV)
11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
This lack of study seems to be the result of not really believing that the Word of God has everything to do with our life now and later. Perhaps we should consider the following Scriptures and apply them and the one above to our lives.
2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV)
15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Romans 12:2 (KJV)
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Is this the Bible, the Word of God, the Truth? Yes, of course it is and we are told we can know the “perfect, will of God”. Wow! Do we believe this? Would it be accurate to think of the promises of God in the Bible (all 66 Books) the equivalent of the promised land given to the Israelites? Why didn’t that first generation of Israelite’s out of Egypt occupy or partake of the “Promised Land”? Scripture tells us it was due to their unbelief.
Hebrews 4:1-3 (KJV)
1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
3 For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Do you suppose unbelief is keeping us out of the promises of God? The Scripture says His promises are always yes in Christ Jesus.
2 Corinthians 1:20 (KJV)
20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.
God is not the one saying ‘no’ it is we ourselves through unbelief. The other major reason we are not partaking of the promises of God is our thoughts and words are not His thoughts and Words. Just look at the mess Adam and Eve brought forth not only into their lives but all of mankind by straying from the thoughts of God. Listen and meditate on the Words of our Lord. He is not talking to saints as the “good man” and sinners as the “evil man”, all of this discourse is directed at people who call God Lord.
Matthew 12:33-37 (KJV)
33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.
34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
So, the good and bad things in our lives is directly related to what we believe and what we say. The bad is never the will of God nor is the bad caused by God, it is our will (in ignorance many times) brought about by a lack of faith and loose lips.
Now, let’s get this year off building our faith in the Word of God and guarding our mouths. Just so you are ready I will talk about this a little more next week.
Lord willing, I will have another fresh Word from the Throne next week.
2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as your Bible Teacher and a Prophetic Voice in your life I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, doubt it not, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus’ name!
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
