AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

FROM THE PROPHETS CHAMBER – WEEK FORTY-TWO
WHO IS AFRAID OF WHO?
Greetings precious saints obeying God and those resisting God both in the family of God and outside the family of God. Welcome back to this fascinating study “From the Prophets Chamber”. Please take a moment to share these teachings as widely as possible to extend the reach of this Ministry. Now let’s take a moment to think about something interesting, which I am not sure is in the mind of the American people or the Church. The question is this. What is the proper relationship between the Church and the State, the people and the government? It was never the plan of God and never will be for the people of God to cower in fear of the children of the devil, of the devil. Under the Old Covenant we see very few example of righteous government and many of unrighteous government. In spite of this God would give favor to His people when they turned to Him with their whole heart. During this time (Old Testament) the authority (dominion) that mankind (those who worshipped God) had been surrendered to the Devil. Note the following.
Luke 4:5-6 (KJV)
5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
Jesus never disputed this statement from the devil. The word power here in verse six is authority or dominion. See what the Apostle Paul by the unction of the Holy Spirit had to say on this.
Romans 6:16 (KJV)
16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
But then came Christ, and took full authority back.
Matthew 28:18 (KJV)
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Notice the word “all”, it still means all, nothing excluded. Jesus triumphed over the devil and reclaimed full authority for mankind and immediately gave us that authority by the use of His name (Power of Attorney). The original intent of God from the beginning was reestablished (Genesis 1:26). Where ever there are Christians an evil government should never exist in authority over them. Does the Church believe or know this? We are to be ruling as kings (superior in authority to all spiritual authority in the earth).
Romans 5:17 (AMP)
17 For if because of one man’s trespass (lapse, offense) death reigned through that one, much more surely will those who receive [God’s] overflowing grace (unmerited favor) and the free gift of righteousness [putting them into right standing with Himself] reign as kings in life through the one Man Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).
See how the heathen government ruling heathen people reacted to a righteous man walking in the fulness of the Old Covenant. Keeping in mind that this is a lesser Covenant to ours, how should we be walking?
Genesis 26:12-16 (KJV)
12 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.
13 And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:
14 For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him.
15 For all the wells which his father’s servants had digged in the days of Abraham his father, the Philistines had stopped them, and filled them with earth.
16 And Abimelech said unto Isaac, Go from us; for thou art much mightier than we.
Let’s take our authority in the earth seriously and walk as kings having the solutions so needed by the world. Like Joseph we should have solutions, like Daniel, like the three Hebrew children we are to be 10 times better and bring solutions for we are connected to the One who knows all things.

2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
