FROM THE PROPHETS CHAMBER – WEEK SEVENTY-THREE
AUTHORITY IN THE EARTH – PART FOUR
Greetings dear and precious saints of God and welcome back to The Three Minute Word blog. I will be continuing the teaching today on our authority in the earth, part four. Before we move forward, please take a moment and share this teaching by every means available to you. This is so important for expanding our reach with the gospel, the good news, of the Kingdom of God. In fact, the Master Himself told us to command the Kingdom of God into the earth.
Matthew 6:9-11 (KJV)
9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
According to this Scripture, whose responsibility, who has the authority, to bring the Kingdom of God, the will of God into the earth? It is our responsibility, the sons (and daughters) of God. Ten (10) is the Bible number for responsibility. We speak the Kingdom, the will of God, into the earth just as we see God in the beginning. As dear children we are to imitate our Heavenly Father.
Ephesians 5:1 (ESV)
1 Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children.
All of the Kingdom is ours, Jesus said so! It is ours to use according to the will of God.
Luke 12:32 (KJV)
32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. (Matthew 6:33)
Let’s take a look at a couple of more witnesses to our (the sons) ownership of the Kingdom of God.
Hebrews 1:2 (KJV)
2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
Jesus is heir of all (spiritual and natural) and we (the redeemed) are in Christ Jesus receiving adoption (Romans 8:15) becoming dear children of the Father.
Romans 8:17 (KJV)
17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
A joint-heir is a participant in common with another. In this case we are participants, owners, possessors with Jesus (Hebrews 1:2). We see this idea of being a joint-heir under the Old Covenant with the following account. We also see the foreshadowing of Christ in Melchizedek who was king and priest like Jesus today and us in the earth. We see the shadow of The Sacrifice with the bread and the wine.
Genesis 14:18-22 (KJV)
18 And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God.
19 And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth:
20 And blessed be the most high God, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. And he gave him tithes of all.
21 And the king of Sodom said unto Abram, Give me the persons, and take the goods to thyself.
22 And Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lift up mine hand unto the LORD, the most high God, the possessor of heaven and earth,
Notice in verse nineteen that Abram, who is in the process of entering blood covenant with God, is called possessor of heaven and earth, but later in verse twenty-two the Lord is called possessor of heaven and earth. There is much in the numerology of these verses. Nineteen is the number of faith. Abram just like us must take possession by faith. Twenty-two is the number of light. Our Lord was shining the light, the Anointed Word, not just for Abram but for us all to see. So, if the Kingdom is ours and we have authority in the Kingdom why are we not partaking of the Kingdom which is all blessing and no curse?

20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
