I HAVE MADE THE EARTH
Greetings dear and precious saints of God and welcome back to another edition of my Bible teaching from the wonderful Book of Isaiah. The Lord is so good to give us a lamp unto our feet which is the Word of God. Please take a moment to share this Bible teaching as widely as possible by every means available to you. Thank you for sharing. The featured picture today represents the seven pillars of society, in the earth and in Heaven. Oops, lost someone right there. Heaven is not a chaotic mess but very orderly and each of us will have assignments in one or more of these pillars. Even today each of us have been assigned to one or more pillars according to the plan of God.
Proverbs 9:1 (KJV)
1 Wisdom hath builded her house, she hath hewn out her seven pillars:
Let’s look at the same verse in The Living Bible.
Proverbs 9:1 (TLB)
1 Wisdom has built a palace supported on seven pillars,
Let me ask a probing question. Are you, am I, in our God assigned pillars right now in the earth? The God in control group all shouted “of course I am”, the God has given us a freewill group are examining their hearts. I know that many believe that whatever is going on is somehow orchestrated by God, and He is working everything together for our good, but is that what the Bible teaches? Did God plan the fall of man or did God have a plan to redeem man if they fell? Are we puppets on a string or making our own choices guided however we choose? How many of us on that great day will discover we have worked a lifetime on a road that was not the road God prepared for us?
Now, let’s turn our attention to our primary Bible text in the Book of Isaiah continuing to read out loud.
Isaiah 45:11-14 (KJV)
11 Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.
12 I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.
13 I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts.
14 Thus saith the LORD, The labour of Egypt, and merchandise of Ethiopia and of the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine: they shall come after thee; in chains they shall come over, and they shall fall down unto thee, they shall make supplication unto thee, saying, Surely God is in thee; and there is none else, there is no God.
Let’s move from verse eleven, the number for alignment with God, to verse twelve, the number for Gods’ perfect government. Notice the wording. He declares that He “made the earth” and He “created man upon it”. The words made and created are two different Hebrew words. Made is a verb meaning to do, to make, to accomplish, or to complete according to The Complete Word Study Dictionary – Old Testament. Created can mean to create, to cut down, select, feed, choose, or make (fat) according to Strong’s Talking Greek & Hebrew Dictionary. The reason I am spending a little time with this has to do with the composition of mankind. Part of man came from the earth and part came from God, a part of God Himself. Since God is eternal and the part He imparted to Adam and has multiplied in mankind was not created since God was not created by another. On the other hand, the earth was created by God from elements (substances) of the spiritual realm. Man is a hybrid creature (both physical and spiritual) able to reproduce in the natural and the spiritual. Because part is from Heaven and part from earth, we have dual citizenship with rights and privileges in both places. Animals and all other living things are purely of the earth endued with the lifeforce from God.
Lord willing, I will pick up right here tomorrow. The Lord is good.

2 Chronicles 20:20 b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 (KJV)
13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
