AWAKE, ARISE, AND TRIUMPH

THE PLACE OF SAFETY – PART TWELVE
Well, here we are once again preparing to receive of the Saturday teaching series titled “The Place of Safety”. God is so good; we are not blowing in the wind, vulnerable to all the devices of the devil, unless we so choose. Please take a moment to share this teaching as widely as possible to dramatically expand the reach of the Truth, the gospel (good news). In this particular series, the really good news is that we have a place of absolute safety in Him, our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. Bad things do happen to “good” people but it is not of God but due to the devil and a lack of repentance. Once again, listen to the Words of the Master.
Luke 13:1-5 (KJV)
1 There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.
2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?
3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?
5 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
Are we all clear on this or have we had a “good” theologian bring confusion to this Truth? Many people do not like any discussion about repentance, especially Christians repenting, but hey this is who Jesus is talking too. Jesus came to give us abundance in every area of this life and that to come but the devil comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). So, let’s each of us look at our lives and see whose camp we are operating in. Does our life look more like days of Heaven upon the earth or days of just enough, or days of Hell upon the earth? Let us make a quality decision to not follow after the flesh (carnal [worldly] mind) which brings death but to follow after the mind of the renewed spirit.
Romans 8:6 (KJV)
6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Now, let’s turn our attention to the Gospel account of Mark.
Mark 11:22-26 (KJV)
22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
Our passage starts off telling us that we must have faith in God or the God kind of faith. We are in the god class of being, of like kind with God, having in our spirit God’s DNA. We are in His likeness and image. God can be expressed in fullness through us for we are of the same kind. The limiting factors in our lives are faith and love (agape). Who is in control of our faith and our love? No, God hasn’t chosen how much faith or love you or I have, we ourselves have made those choices. Have we made good choices? God has a wonderful plan for each of us. He has not chosen for a single person on the earth to be financially poor, sick or in any another bondage. There is great safety in wealth and health, it is part of the salvation package. The Holy Spirit will never lead us into a dangerous situation in which He will not fully protect us and extricate us at the right time. What shows the goodness, the glory of God, death or life?
The mountain in Mark 11:23 can be anything that is not of God either physical or spiritual. Remember, all physical obstacles have a spiritual basis. God allows mountains in our lives for we are well equipped to remove them with the words of our mouth (by our faith). We move the mountains the devil presents (walled cities and giants) without toil, without sweat, and free of all fear. Toiling and sweating are both under the curse. Our authority and Power (Holy Spirit) is far superior to all evil spirits. Lord willing, I will pick up right here next week.
2 Chronicles 20:20b (KJV)
20 … Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.
Until our next publication, as a Bible Teacher and Prophetic Voice I speak this blessing over each and every one of you, receive it, believe it, and speak over yourself and your family by faith in Jesus name! Quit asking God to bless you, you are already blessed, you have the Blessing, give Him something to do by the words of your mouth. Once you know the will of God, decree the thing (Job 22:28, Isaiah 45:11, Mark 11:23). (The Blessing is the Holy Spirit) We have left God way to long with nothing to do in our lives.
Numbers 6:24-26 (AMP)
24 The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you;
26 The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).
