ARE YOU A CITIZEN OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD?

Welcome dear ones to Awake, Arise, and Triumph Ministries and our ongoing study of “The Salvation Package”. The purpose of this series of teachings is to direct our attention to the Truth that salvation has many benefits. It is not just a change of our destiny from Hell to Heaven. Of course, having citizenship in Heaven, in the Kingdom of God, is huge. Just as there was one door to the Tabernacle in the wilderness so is there one door to Heaven and the many benefits of salvation. That door is Christ Jesus, there is no other name.
John 10:7 (KJV)
7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
He is the Door, and we are the sheep.
Acts 4:12 (KJV)
12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Jesus is the only name that can be called upon that brings salvation from bondage and the kingdom of darkness to freedom and the Kingdom of Light. Refusing light and staying in darkness ends one in Hell. Yes, Hell is a real place and no one in their right mind would chose Hell over Heaven. Jesus speaks of Hell.
Matthew 25:31-34 (KJV)
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
Matthew 25:41 (KJV)
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
The timing of these events is difficult to establish, and I believe it is useful to not think in time of contiguous events but events that happen in sequence but not at the same time. For example, verse thirty-four is a reality for us at the point of salvation. Verse thirty-one seems to refer to the Second Coming when He is accompanied to earth with us and angles. Verse forty-one seems to me to be the final judgment of the wicked, the White Throne Judgement. Back to verse thirty-four, we have been already given the whole of the Kingdom of God, listen to Jesus.
Luke 12:32 (KJV)
32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
The Kingdom of God is ours now and forever! Jesus inherited the whole Kingdom of we are joint-heirs in Him with Him.
Hebrews 1:2 (KJV)
2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
We are sons, “an heir of God through Christ.”
Galatians 4:7 (KJV)
7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
Let us rejoice in faith, all that the Kingdom is and has is ours now and forever. What good thing is not ours right now? Nothing! Let’s determine to receive it and walk in it, I’m talking in manifestation now not in the sweet by and by. Dear ones, we need to get off our duffs and get about the Masters business.
TAKE HOME:
- Hell is real and really bad forever, avoid it at all costs.
- The whole Kingdom of God is ours right now not just in the sweet by and by. We are sons who serve with willing hearts. We are heirs of the entire Kingdom.
- We received access to the whole of the Kingdom at Salvation, yet most people are only walking in the going to Heaven part of the package and perhaps becoming more like Jesus. Dear ones we are sons of Father God.
- Citizenship in the Kingdom of Heaven/God occurs at salvation with Heaven as our home not Hell. Other pieces of the salvation package is wealth and health. More parts of the package are to come because we are entitled to all Heaven affords.
Lord willing, I will resume right here tomorrow. Remember, we love you, the Lord loves you, and there is nothing you can do about either one.
